Beautiful place, very well-equipped house, we loved it and highly recommend it, especially for those with children. Very attentive hosts when requested. Everything is very well cared for.

The apartment is super complete, has an excellent cost-benefit for long stays, well-equipped rooms, very well located close to a supermarket, pharmacy, fair and close to the center. Even though I didn't have a car, I walked 30 minutes to the center (church) and by Uber it was 10 minutes and cost about 10 reais. Super polite and pleasant neighborhood. The apartment is on the ground floor, so you don't have to climb stairs. The city of SCS has many events and the house is very close to the Oktoberfest park. As I stayed for a long time, 66 days, I missed some items, which I bought for my own use, such as: a garlic press and a wooden board, because the glass one damages the edge of the knives. We love the fact that it has a clay filter, fresh and clean water and saves money. The place is very humid, so it is good to use the dehumidifier in the house. I only started using it after 1 month of installation and I saw that it was very useful. As I am from Rio de Janeiro, I was not used to using this product. Ju and Felipe are attentive.

The affection and attention with which we were received by Vinícius and his mother, they were already welcoming on arrival, the accommodations were very cozy and everything was very clean and impeccable, we were truly at home !!!! grateful for the accommodation!!
