We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place for a staycation. The property features a bar counter and a basement swimming pool with a music entertainment system, which added to the fun. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two of them including bathtubs. The top terrace room had an open-air bathroom, which was a unique and enjoyable touch. Both the host and the building caretaker, Nadeem, were always available and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Super comfortable property, loved the beds and the T.V. Tried their breakfast which was beautifully presented and extremely delicious. The main highlight is definitely the pool, clean, well-maintained and even more enjoyable when it rains. The kitchen is fully equipped which everything one might need. Linen is clean and fresh, the housekeeping services deserve a 5 star. I think it's a great place if you're looking for a villa in north goa since it is in close proximity to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants, casinos and shopping areas. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

We felt right at home here, especially important when traveling with kids. The daily cleaning service was a huge plus, and having a restaurant on-site made it so easy to enjoy delicious meals without leaving the comfort of the home. It almost felt like the best of both worlds: the service and convenience of a hotel, with the space and privacy of a home.

Had a great stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect for exploring nearby beaches and restaurants, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. Only minor issue was that there was no hot water, and the shower tap wasn’t working properly—but overall, it didn’t take away much from an otherwise great experience. Would still recommend and consider staying again!

it was the perfect place to spend one last trip of the batch of '25 before before we all go to different parts of the world. the place is seriously undersold and we absolutely loved it. the security bhaiya was the underrated gem of the place who helped me wheather it was late in the night or 8 am. the owner is v sweet and resuced us at 3 in the night because we locked our room door from inside. loved the pool and furniture, was comfortable to move around for all of our group to sit together. overall, this been a lengend- (wait for it) -ary trip and i couldn't recommend a place more than this. -graduating batch of '25 :)

Casa Rebello is beautiful! The house itself is stunning, and the host and staff are kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and delicious. Anything we needed during our stay was provided to us promptly. After a day or evening out in Goa, returning to a quiet and secluded home is such a treat. I’m still thinking about the breeze in the courtyard and pool area — I wish I could have stayed longer!

Great place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Attended to our requests immediately. We were served a quality breakfast. Pool was clean. Bathrooms were great. Only that the whole place needs to be maintained a bit more. Not as shiny as the photos portrayed. Would definitely suggest. Maybe for a cheaper price.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Excellent stay at Casa Tanisa. What a lovely spacious villa with gorgeous views, and a breathtaking private pool. The villa is located in the heart of North Goa and was a 10 minute drive from all the cafes, restaurants and bars we wanted to visit, including Vagator beach ! The villa is spacious and we also had a caretaker to help us through the day. If you're looking for a getaway in Goa, Casa Tanisa should be your only choice. We can't wait to come back again ! We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

Property was clean however smaller than we expected. Bathrooms need more maintenance. Overall a good experience. They provided a caretaker which is also a complimentary chef which has made our experience very good. We did not miss a breakfast buffet because chef fulfilled all our demands without a complaint. No restrictions and total privacy. Overall a good experience. Again a special thank you for raja bhaiya for great breakfast.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The place looked exactly like the photos. Sakshi and the property manager, Akhilesh, were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Daily cleaning was provided upon request, and the service was consistently excellent. The pool was great and clean as well. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.
