Pyeongchon Station, 2 minutes away * Newly renovated * Quiet and tidy house!

Hello. It's a very convenient house right in front of Pyeongchon Station. It is right in front of Pyeongchon Station E-mart and Artemis Chapel Convention Wedding Hall, and it is a 2-3 minute walk from Pyeongchon Station Rodeo Street, and the house is located on a high floor, so the sunlight is good and the view is very good. It is 22 pyeong, and the bedroom and living room are separated, so it is convenient to live. You can also use an additional futon to sleep generously up to 6 minutes. There's a convenience store in the building, there's a bus stop right in front of the building, and you can use the parking lot. There are E-Mart and Nonghyup Hanaro Mart close by, so it's also a great place to buy groceries. By default, there is a queen-sized bed, and we offer a folding mattress and duvet set when additional guests book. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me:) Please let us know before your reservation if you are filming such as commercial photo shoots, shopping mall photo shoots, and more. (If you have a photo shoot in secret, you'll be charged 3 times the total booking booking fee.) We politely decline reservations for using the room as a conference room and office!

It is 2minutes away from the railroad station in Seoul staion Exit15. Close to seoul Station and not on a hill. This will be an important consideration in this area. It's a safe and quiet location.
