This is a 300-pyeong private house located in a tranquil cottage village near Seoul. It is towards Namhyang, so the morning sunlight shines very warmly. To provide clean and minimalist accommodations, we want to limit the maximum number of guests to 3 for the time being. When visiting with infants under 2 years old and under, the maximum is 4 people. We remodeled part of the 40-year-old old house, and all the wooden furniture in the accommodation was handmade by my husband who runs a wooden workshop. We have opened it as a home for many people to experience a furniture showroom and private space that is also our family's vacation home. We have carefully prepared for those who come to Suwon to come to our accommodation and stay for a day without any inconvenience. ... Hwisunjae has an entire wall made of glass, so you can start your day by looking at the wide sky and mountains. Why not take a break from the daily grind of looking straight ahead and taking a break by looking a little further and higher? It would also be ideal to awaken new senses by listening to the sounds flowing from the garden and the small swimming pool (5m*3m in size, not available from September to June). Most of the space is filled with devotion, handmade by father and son. There are three rooms in total, and there are two bathrooms. (Currently, pets are not allowed in our house)

This place has a 3-story structure, and the lemon room on the 3rd floor has a basic bedroom. The second floor is a dining and living area, which guests can freely use. The lemon-shaped window in the lemon room is a large window that I drew and made myself. Thank you for your interest in our fancy house! We are very close to Everland; it only takes 5 minutes by car. If you are part of a large group of more than 10 people, this house is the best choice for your trip. We have 15 beds, each with its own power outlet, and the bedding is very comfortable and clean. Moreover, we have a huge garden and deck, which are great places for parties and barbecues.
