What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Great flat to explore Cortona! Excellent location and had everything you need

We cannot express how much we loved our stay at Saverio’s. It was absolutely PERFECT! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The home itself was beautiful in construction, clean, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including little extras like fresh coffee, teas, local advertisements for restaurants, and also recommended the local grocery for toiletries or food items. Saverio’s home couldn’t be in a better location, tucked in a charming part of the countryside with views that will take your breath away and make you fall in love with this part of Italy. Even being out-of-town, you are close to everything. The town of Magione has a wonderful and friendly restaurant with fantastic pizza and entrees- I Cento Passi. Saverio, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we are grateful for the experience.

The Siena Secret Garden apartment was amazing. We loved the location, and it was quiet and comfortable and stocked with a lot of beautiful art, books, and movies. Would definitely stay here again!

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisa’s Montalcino Townhouse!! She met us upon arrival and gave great recommendations for wineries and restaurants. Attention to details in the home made it perfect and relaxing! Loved the back yard/patio in the evenings especially. She left us 2 bottles of wine, breakfast items, a basket of EU chargers and cords, and robes for the hot tub! It felt like home away from home and we hope to have a return visit! Thanks for thinking of everything we could need for our comfort and stay!

We loved our stay here. It is a beautiful home and a beautiful space. The only thing I would note for future travelers is the host speaks Italian and not much English. Communication prior to check-in was a little slow but ultimately very smooth. The host met us when we arrived and was very nice. Would 100% stay here again.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. We immediately fell in love with this property. Everything here makes up the image that can be made of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. At the top of the hill overlooking the valley, the view is splendid and romantic. The property has been renovated with today's comforts while retaining its soul of yesteryear. You feel good there, the energy is beneficial, nature, animals, everything is in harmony! The welcome, Oscar's cooking, the superb swimming pool, the shaded terrace, the hearty homemade breakfasts! It's more than a favorite, this place is a gem! We'll be back!

Max’s place is beautiful like a dream. The accommodation is tastefully furnished with Tuscan charm. The interior is equipped with high quality cooking utensils and tablewares in the kitchen, comfortable bed, and sparkling clean bathroom. We enjoyed marveling at the beautiful wooden beam ceiling and terracotta tile floor. The exterior is elegant, well maintained, and exudes a pride in the care-taking of the property. Max and his wife Pamela were genuinely kind and helpful, and we enjoyed every interaction with them. It felt like talking with family. The location is convenient to explore central Tuscany. We made many day trips from Podere Il Belvedere su Cortona. Every time coming back to Max’s place felt like coming home!

What tranquility and what a view. Beautiful estate and super friendly people who try to delight you. Also a nice and nice swimming pool for when it is very hot.

Pictures don’t do it justice, prettier in person. Very relaxing get away after spending a few days in Florence.

a perfect retreat in Tuscany

Il Villino Farmhouse is a wonderful place to stay in Tuscany. Its location is convenient to many adjacent towns allowing for great day trips exploring Tuscany. Liza and Daniella couldn’t have been more helpful. Liza arranged for groceries to be delivered prior to our arrival as well as a private Chef to make dinner our first night. What a special treat that was. The grounds are well cared for and offer a lot of outdoor seating options for the unit we stayed in. You won’t be disappointed staying at this lovely property.

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

The farmhouse among the olive trees is an oasis of peace, we had a very good time as a group of four with our two dogs in absolute tranquility and with a spectacular view of the hills. There is everything you need in the house. Thank you so much Federica and family

The house is really beautiful and even better than in the pictures. The house accommodates really nice beds. We really enjoyed the place for 2 weeks and there are a lot of nice things to do in the area. The host and Vanessa are very helpful. They really want you to have the best stay and they even helped us with the repair shop for the car, cause we had car trouble. We really recommend this place to everyone and we hope to stop by one more time

Both host went above and beyond to make sure I had what I need it. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. So much history there. But my one favorite thing about this place is the smell/scent of the jasmine trees outside. I fell in love with the smell of the trees. If I come back I will most definitely stay here again. The accommodation and especially the garden looks even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures! The location is really beautiful, it is absolutely quiet and you have a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The hostess was also super friendly, helpful and warm! We will definitely come back:-)

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

Lovely place in the center of Montepulciano in a classic Tuscan house. Made use of the kitchen and made breakfast and simple dinners and had a lovely stay.
