My place is close to Grambling State University. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our apartment is located above a restaurant so it requires that you climb stairs and unfortunately it is not wheel chair accessible.

This place was incredible. We came in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Tech. It was everything that was pictured and more. Anyone coming to this part of Louisiana definitely needs to look into staying here. It was close to Ruston but still far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the rolling hills. Drinking coffee overlooking the lake was a perfect way to start the day. The place had everything you needed and then some. Thanks for a wonderful place to spend with family.

We came to Ruston for my son’s graduation and decided to choose an Airbnb as opposed to a hotel due to us having a lot of family coming in for the occasion. This home was in a perfect location as half of the family stayed in another one of Kia’s properties next door. The convenience of gathering all together without being cluttered was the best part. The home was immaculate for the most part besides the garbage can area and under the beds which wasn’t a huge deal. Snacks were provided but no other items like seasonings, coffee etc. But Walmart is in very close proximity so that wasn’t an issue (just stating that fact for other’s knowledge) We had an issue where the stove went out mid bake and an electrician was out to rectify the problem within MINUTES. We would definitely recommend this home to others and would stay again if we’re ever back in Ruston. Awesome stay🤗 Thanks Kia🩷

The house was exactly as described on a quiet dead end street and the pictures accurately represent the rental. It was much more spacious than it appeared from the outside. It was very clean and uncluttered with comfortable furniture and bedding. The bedside lamps had plugs built into the base which was a nice touch. The driveway was a little rough due to tree roots that are at the surface of the ground but the overall parking space is quite large. My only complaint was there wasn’t enough washcloths for everyone. I booked a four night stay for three adults and there were only two washcloths available. Fortunately having a washer and dryer available remedied this problem but was a little inconvenient. It would have been nice to have more washcloths and towels. Overall, it was a great value for the price.

Great quaint lakeside cottage with excellent hosts. Nice sitting areas facing the lake with beautiful sunset views from the backyard or dock. Clean with all amenities needed for our stay- some coffee, soaps, dishes, and cooking supplies provided. Responsive and friendly hosts! Definitely would recommend and stay here again!
