Bardzo fajne miejsce ,zostaliśmy bardzo miło przywitani. Czysto w środku wszystko czego potrzebujemy ( np.automat do kawy +kapsle,sól, garnki ) całe wyposażenie na zewnątrz (parasol,leżaki) .Pościel i ręczniki czyste- był to nasz kolejny wyjazd na Sardynię i byliśmy tym pozytywnie zaskoczeni . Piękny widok z domu na morze ,długa,szeroka i czysta plaża,na spacery z naszym psem-idealnie Puste plaże i piękna pogoda w październiku Sympatyczny,uśmiechnięty i zawsze pomocny gospodarz . Polecamy na 100% Stefano grazie mile Filip,Katarina,Lukas

Tolle Unetrkunft - alles wie auf den Fotos. Ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Enrico war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfreich bei unseren Fragen.

Eine charmante Wohnung mit stilvoller Einrichtung, zwei netten Terrassen und (in Juni) sehr ruhig. Wir mochten auch die gute Aussendusche. Lucca war gut erreichbar, freundlich und behilflich und wir konnten gar recht spontan kommen. Die Wohnung war gut gelegen, mit eigenem schattigen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Es gab Kaffe und eine Tee-Auswahl und einen großen Kühlschrank. In der direkte und näheren Umgebung gibt es ein gutes Angebot an Restaurants und wunderschönen sardischen Stränden. Wir würden wieder kommen und haben unseren Aufenthalt echt genossen.

Die Wohnung von Walter ist ein Traum. Der Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren mit dem Auto vor Ort und konnten andere Strände besuchen. Die Restaurants vor Ort oder in der Nähe waren super. Die beiden Terrassen für uns ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Taty hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns das wunderschöne Haus gezeigt. Es ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet - vor allem für einen Urlaub mit Baby/Kind. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. (Treppengitter, Lätzchen, Hochstuhl, Pürierstab, Spielsachen, etc.) Taty hat uns sogar einen Verstärker für das WLAN organisiert, damit wir es zum Arbeiten auch auf der Terrasse nutzen können. Wir können sowohl das Haus, als auch die Gastgeber zu 100% empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. :)

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr schöner Umgebung. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön, mit unbeschreiblichen Aussicht. Sehr ruhig. In der Nähe schöner Strand. Die Küche ist mit allen nötigen Sachen ausgestattet. Enrico war immer sehr gut erreichbar und sehr nett. Wir können dieses Haus ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. Wir haben einen wunderschönen und sehr entspannenden Aufenthalt verbracht. Sowohl das Haus wie der Standort Torre delle Stelle eignen sich dazu sehr. Torre delle Stelle als Standort gute Wahl auch ggü anderen umliegenden Dörfern aufgrund Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Fischhändler ist mega und ist auch bei Restaurants aus der Umgebung beliebt und es lohnt sich da früh hinzugehen. Die Sicht aus dieser Immobilie über das Meer sind einmalig und überwältigend. Einen Sonnenuntergang mit Abendröte haben wir auch erlebt. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, aber schon etwas älter. Grill und Swimming Pool sind wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Auf der Veranda kann man gut verweilen. Gastgeberin ist sehr sympatisch und reagierte innert Minuten auf Bedürfnisse. dh insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Spotless place and lovely caring host! The house finishes are delightful and clearly recently done. Pool area was clean , beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Beds upstairs can use a new mattress. It is a gated community so be mindful of were you park : spot labeling might be improved as it's hard to see from on board a vehicle. Not many walkable options for eating but good restaurant not far by car like Farra pizzeria which sits on a beautiful landscaped ground between surrounding hills. The little local shack and minimarket can actually cook delicious food: we used for lunch or to order take away for dinner. Beach is beautiful and there's umbrellas/chairs rental and snack bar. It's 15 min walk but house is on a very steep hill plus there's lots of stairs so we still took the car all the time. Lastly learn your garbage disposal rules upon arrival as each day they will pick up only one kind of garbage bin (glass, plastic, compost) to be left top of the stairs by street 😉

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an hervorragend. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, bekamen hilfreiche Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, aber nie aufdringlich - genau richtig. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist super abgesichert vor Wildschweinen. Die Lage des Hauses ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Absolut zu empfehlen.

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

Max und Lory sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Der Garten und der Pool waren super schön. Wir können uns auf jeden Fall den guten Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger anschließen. Der Kühlschrank war tatsächlich bis zum Rand gefüllt . 1000 Dank dafür!

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Kommunikation erfolgte überwiegend über den Sohn der Gastgeberin, der sehr gut Englisch spricht und uns hilfreiche Tipps zu Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben hat. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist groß und sauber, und der Ausblick war sehr schön. Für den Gastgeber war es okay, dass uns auch mal Freunde am Pool besucht haben. Ein Hinweis für Hundebesitzer: Unser unkastrierter Rüde und die freilaufende Hündin auf dem Grundstück ließen sich nur schwer voneinander trennen, was zu etwas Aufwand geführt hat. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Gastgeber konnte jedoch eine Lösung gefunden werden.

We had an amazing time at Francesco's place. The views in the pictures completely lived up to the photos. The location requires steep hikes to get to, but being in this square in this building was absolutely sublime. There is a musician who plays either the accordion or keyboard most days, there are tourists who frequent the Co-Cathedral and church bells. We found all of this o be charming and all things we absolutely loved here. On nice days, having the windows open to allow the outdoors come in was sublime. Cafè Plazuela at the foot of our building is great for coffee and a pastry, and the workers are very friendly. Francesco was responsive to all our needs. We cooked and had all the supplies we needed (oil, vinegar, spices, colander, sharp knives, cheese grater). Additionally, we were there for a month and Francesco gave us a fresh supply of towels and bedding. The couch was comfortable and so was the bed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It's an old building and that's what we loved.

Giuseppe è stato super disponibile, e potevamo contare sul suo aiuto anche quando il nostro bambino piccolo è stato male. Ha trovato un pediatra per noi, ci ha procurato un termometro, e ci ha permesso un check out tardi nella giornata per fare riposare meglio il piccolo. Umanamente parlando, una delle migliori esperienze Airbnb. La casa è datata ma onestamente ha tutto quello che serve. Noi siamo stati bene viaggiando in 4 con un bambino di 6 mesi ed uno di 4 anni.

Knus en schoon huisje van alle gemakken voorzien met prachtige tuin. Dichtbij mooie rustige stranden. Supermarkt en restaurantjes op 20 minuten rijden.

Michele,ein sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Vermieter. Empfangen wurden wir mit einer Flasche Prosecco und kleiner Brotzeit sehr lieb. Sehr gut zu erreichen wenn man Fragen hatte. Unterkunft wie beschrieben sehr Strand nah und kurz zu Fuß über ein Stück Privatweg zu erreichen. Klar könnte man Kleinigkeiten bemängeln bzw. einen Ratschlag geben wie eventuell mal neue etwas bequemere Terrassenmöbel ,aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau 😃. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Aber vielleicht gar nicht so gut,denn wenn sich erstmal rumspricht wie schön Sardinien ist ,kommen ja so viele auf die Insel. Bis jetzt geht das mit dem Tourismus noch hatten wir das Gefühl.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Alessandros Wohnung! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Alessandro war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Gegend zu erkunden, und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

A beautiful house with its own private access to a stone beach and within a walking distance from another sandy beach. Very quiet and offering lots of space for relaxing. Well-equipped, although strangely divided into two parts, kitchen with a dishwasher and gas stove. Beautiful sea view from the terrace and upstairs living room. The only inconvenience was a very narrow entrance gate to the property that required some effort and skill to enter with a bigger SUV.
