We really enjoyed the time in Marco's house. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the ad. Marco's tips were very helpful to us. The fact that Marco then drove us to the airport was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

We had a lovely stay, the villa was good for our needs as it had everything we needed. It is very close to the beach and it's easy enough to get into Villasimius using the summer bus. Beds could be a bit more comfy and cleaning & linen fees are a bit high, but all in all we were very happy and would definitely come back.

Walter's apartment is a dream. The beach is within walking distance. We were on site by car and were able to visit other beaches. The restaurants on site or nearby were great. The two terraces are a dream for us. We will be happy to come back.

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

The house is in a very nice environment. The terrace is beautiful, with indescribable views. Very quiet. Near beautiful beach. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. Enrico was always very accessible and very nice. We can recommend this house without hesitation.

Marion was the perfect host, responsive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We fell in love with the villa at first sight and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful, spacious property. The beach with its white sand and crystal clear water are about a 7 minutes walk from the villa. Marion helped us with local recommendations and we've had a wonderful time in Torre delle Stelle and surroundings.

Very nice little beach house with everything you need for a nice beach vacation. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The proximity to the 7km long sandy beach was excellent. The contact with Marcus, the property manager, was great and very friendly. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Spotless place and lovely caring host! The house finishes are delightful and clearly recently done. Pool area was clean , beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Beds upstairs can use a new mattress. It is a gated community so be mindful of were you park : spot labeling might be improved as it's hard to see from on board a vehicle. Not many walkable options for eating but good restaurant not far by car like Farra pizzeria which sits on a beautiful landscaped ground between surrounding hills. The little local shack and minimarket can actually cook delicious food: we used for lunch or to order take away for dinner. Beach is beautiful and there's umbrellas/chairs rental and snack bar. It's 15 min walk but house is on a very steep hill plus there's lots of stairs so we still took the car all the time. Lastly learn your garbage disposal rules upon arrival as each day they will pick up only one kind of garbage bin (glass, plastic, compost) to be left top of the stairs by street 😉

Our stay at Villa Sito was amazing! The location is great for exploring the coast and driving to nearby idillic towns and the villa has everything you need for a family/ friends holiday. I would say that the villa was even better than the photos made it out to be! Frederico, Monica and Elias were extremely friendly and helpful before and throughout our trip, sorting small problems straight away. I would highly recommend staying here!

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The fridge was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

The stay was very nice overall. Communication was mainly through the host's son, who speaks English very well and gave us helpful tips on activities and restaurants in the area. The complex is very well maintained, the pool is large and clean, and the view was very nice. For the host, it was okay that friends visited us at the pool. A note for dog owners: Our unsterilized male and the free-running female on the property were difficult to separate, which led to some effort. However, after consultation with the host, a solution was found.

Charming apartment equipped with all comforts, the owner is always present and available for any request. A stone's throw from the center of Villasimius, a few minutes from the main supermarkets in the area. Highly recommended

“We had the pleasure of staying at Angela’s place for 6 nights as a family of four (two adults and two young children), and it was nothing short of perfect. This home is truly ideal for a young family—everything has been thoughtfully provided, right down to the beach umbrellas, chairs, and towels. It made our days out so easy and stress-free. The air conditioning was excellent—cool, quiet, and consistent—so we were surprised to see any prior complaints. We found it worked beautifully throughout our stay. But what truly sets this place apart is the garden. It is absolutely magical. From the delicate scent of jasmine to the charming pond and cozy seating nooks, it felt like our own private slice of paradise. We spent so much time simply enjoying the peace and beauty of the space. Angela has created a real haven here, and we can’t wait to return!”

Giuseppe was super helpful, and we could count on his help even when our small child was ill. She found a pediatrician for us, got us a thermometer, and allowed us to check out late in the day to make the little one rest better. Humanly speaking, one of the best Airbnb experiences. The house is dated but honestly has everything you need. We had a good time traveling in 4 with a 6-month-old and a 4-year-old.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

A beautiful house with its own private access to a stone beach and within a walking distance from another sandy beach. Very quiet and offering lots of space for relaxing. Well-equipped, although strangely divided into two parts, kitchen with a dishwasher and gas stove. Beautiful sea view from the terrace and upstairs living room. The only inconvenience was a very narrow entrance gate to the property that required some effort and skill to enter with a bigger SUV.

Great location, a short drive to Villasimius and less than a 15 minute walk to an absolutely wonderful beach. Lisa’s place had all we needed. Beautifully presented. There was easy communication with Lisa, and easy check in instructions. Would recommend.

We enjoyed Casa Alma very much. Barbara is a friendly and warm host. The house is small but nice. It has everything you need and we felt comfortable right away. The large terrace is fantastic. The direct access to the beach is awesome. Especially with children, the proximity to the beach is a great advantage. Everything else you need (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, butcher, ice cream shop, etc.) is also within walking distance.
