The Labrador's Corner

The Rincon del Labrador II is located in the town of Santa Espina, in a valley of Montes Torozos, and 40 km from Valladolid. The house is a few meters from the magestuous and well-preserved Monasterio de la Santa Espina. The accommodation is a nice under deck (somewhat abohardillado) that has 2 double bedrooms (one with a 1.50 cm double bed and the other with two 1.05 cm. two with two beds of 1.05 cm.), they are rustic style and with beautiful and different decoration. They have wooden floors and a bathroom with shower and double sink. In addition, each room has a TV. Heating can be adjusted to the temperature you want. The house has a dining room with kitchen, where you can prepare your breakfast or meals and enjoy them in front of a fireplace arranged in front of a sofa bedside table in the living room. If you prefer to enjoy your stay and not cook, next door you can find our bar- restaurant El Rincon del Labrador dedicated to traditional and homemade gastronomy using local products. Don't miss out! Our area and environment is ideal for hiking, since we are in a valley in the middle of the mountain, where you can relax and enjoy the area's own fauna and nature. There are different alternative routes that will indicate to you at the tourist office. In addition, the village gives them the option of renting bicycles to rent bicycles to be able to do so if you want. Mention the route to the Swamp, easy and comfortable to do on foot, by bike or even by car, although we recommend enjoying the environment taking care of the atmosphere of Nature itself. As you visit in addition to the one forced to the Monastery, you can enjoy the Mariposas exhibition that is in the Monastery itself, La casa de la Naturaleza a few meters away, and villages of the region with importance such as Medina de Rioseco (with its Easter declared as an international tourist interest, Urueña with the Villa del Book, Villagarcía (La Colegiata), route of the castles such as the one of Torrelobatón..., San Cebrián de Mazote (its pre-Romanes church). All just a few kilometers from La Santa Espina We are very good communities since the A6 motorway, which connects Madrid with A Coruña, is only 12 km away and Villanubla airport is 25 minutes away.

La casa dispone de 5 dormitorios, dos de ellos con cama de matrimonio de 1,35 y los otros 3 dormitorios tiene cada uno de ellos una cama de 1,05 y otra de 0,90. La casa dispone de 3 baños completos, dos de ellos con plato de ducha y el otro con bañera. La cocina tiene frigorífico americano, lavadora, lavavajillas, horno y el menaje necesario. Relax with the whole family! 3 bedrooms with 160cm beds and another 135cm, 1 room with 2 single beds of 90cm. Two full bathrooms and a half bath. Full kitchen with 4 gas stoves and American refrigerator. Living room with sofa and TV, firewood chiminea and dining table comfortably 8 people, garden with trampoline ideal for children and cellar with tables and benches for more than 10 people. Washer/dryer is available and parked without problem outside. House with solar panels.
