This was a fantastic location, the accommodations were as advertised, and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. (Morgan, thanks for extending our checkout time at such short notice;)) I hope to stay here again soon!

Austin was quick to respond about any questions and overall a great host! I recommend 10/10 experience. A beach right across the street, safe area, and had everything we needed. Will be back again :)

Steps to the beautiful beach and around the corner to Pierpont village area. The home was comfortable, though perhaps a little dated. For 2 people, it was plenty of space. We spent most of our time out enjoying the area, and the location is perfect for that! Covered parking was a plus!

We LOVED having our Thanksgiving weekend at The Shoals Corner! The unit is charming, very comfortable, with a pull-out couch/bed conversion in the living room that gives a great view of the ocean (and sunsets!). From there, we could see a pod of dolphins feeding for quite a while one morning! We brought a crockpot and fixings from home, and made our turkey breast in the cozy kitchen for our holiday meal. The kitchen is really well stocked for up to four people. There's lots to do in central Ventura, so we worked out at a gym a couple of times, shopped for food and beverage extras next door to the gym, and drove around to look at neighborhoods. We also played miniature golf another day and thought about going to a movie...but the beach vibe, fresh air, and sunshine were so satisfying that we avoided indoor activities. We're already talking about going back next year. THANK YOU, MARY, for your hospitality and the opportunity for us to have a wonderful vacation!!

Great stay overall. Apt was just as described, clean and well stocked with the essentials (soap, ect). One down side was the upstairs neighbor was very loudly walking around (or the ceiling is very thin), it was not the best esp in the morning when we were trying to sleep-in on our vacation. You could hear every step and if something dropped it sounded like a boulder dropping on us lol. Everything else was fantastic and probably the best AirBnB we've stayed in thus far.

Joanie was a great host. We were ghosted by our original reservation and customer service was able to get us with Joanie. Joanie was extremely responsive and everything matched with the description on the listing. I'm extremely grateful with Joanie and her home was great. My husband and 2 children were extremely comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Thank you!

beautiful neighborhood, amazing home, plenty of space does not feel crowded and the back deck with view of the channel is beautiful. We truly enjoyed it, well maintained hot tub, fire pit and pizza oven. My children enjoyed paddle boarding and a good bike ride, thank you Ghada

Had an amazing beachfront experience! The house was spotless and had all the amenities of home and beautifully decorated. The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. This beach front house surpassed our expectations and highly recommend. I will definitely book again for my next trip.

Great location in a safe neighborhood! There was plenty of space for the six of us to spread out. The only things missing were Kleenex and paper towels. Tao was very responsive and understanding. We needed an early check-in and a late check-out due to the marathon, and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend his place!

We had an amazing time during our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect location in Ventura and by the beach. The three-story layout of the home was perfect for our group and had several common spaces which could be shared. There are sweeping views of the ocean and park from several of the common spaces including the living room and kitchen, two balconies and the primary bedroom on the third floor. The home is extremely well kept and was spotless when we arrived. The host left us some delectable cookies and a bottle of wine! Jayne (host) was quick to respond to any questions which we really appreciated. The house is located across from Marina Park, steps to the beach and a short drive to Harbor Village. You can also walk to Seaward Lane less than a mile away where you can enjoy some of the local restaurants, yogurt ice cream, bakery and coffee shop. We ate at Social Tap and Pierpont Tacos; both were very good. We couldn’t be happier!

The home was exactly as described, and it worked so well for our two families to share. The setting along the water was very peaceful and relaxing. We were so appreciative to be able to take the kayaks out and enjoy some downtime in the sauna. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed eating together on the deck. The home is walking distance to grocery stores, the beach, and a lovely harbor community. I only wish we had more time to stay. Tiana was incredibly responsive and understanding.

A wonderful stay at Hollywood Beach! This house was perfect for my family for the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was immaculate and Maya the host was so gracious and responsive. This house had everything you could think of. Everything was cozy and great for gathering. I would certainly stay again and will be for sure recommending this place to friends and family in the future.

This house was perfect for a a relaxing getaway, with so much available at the house. An amazing space and like other review say, it’s somehow even better than the pictures. The hosts are very considerate and responsive. Would love to come back some day!

This was one of if not the best air bnb I’ve stayed in. Was very very clean which is always important and Glen is such a great guy. Was very helpful and friendly. This house has everything you need including surfboards, boogie boards, skim boards, and other activities. 10/10 stay

This place is as advertised (if not better)! Beautifully appointed and clean. The location is perfect - close to amenities but in a lowkey area away from summer crowds. Marc is a fantastic host - responsive and clear communication of the house rules. We will definitely be back.

We had an excellent time at this airb&b. We walked the beach every morning and saw a big group of sea lions that were very fun to watch. The sunsets we saw were insanely gorgeous. We highly recommend this lovely condo. You won’t be disappointed! The hosts were very communicative.

The perfect place for a beautiful quiet weekend getaway. Beautiful sights and sounds of beach steps away, every room was spotless. Me and my family loved this place, from the inside and out. This place has a beautiful view of the beach sunset and in general a really relaxing experience.
