We had such a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family, and the highlight for all of us—especially the kids—was the pool. They spent hours swimming and playing, and it was such a relaxing space for the adults too. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Adam was incredibly responsive and kind—any time we had a question or needed something, they got back to us right away and were super helpful. That made a big difference and made us feel really taken care of. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun and easy getaway. We’d love to come back again!

This house is the perfect secluded getaway. It has an amazing pool and jacuzzi that you never want to leave with a spectacular view. It is hands down the most unique home I’ve ever been to. We loved interacting with the emu’s and there is the sweetest little cat that roams around the property. There are tons of lights switches everywhere that would at first seem overwhelming but everything is labeled very clearly making all navigation through the house a breeze. We would love to book this Airbnb again in the future.

This is the best place we have stayed so far! Perfect for our family with the pool and lots of space for everyone to relax inside or out. Nili was a great host that answered questions and did everything she could to make sure we had the best time. She even provided everything we would need to enjoy the beach. I highly recommend this for any family looking for a great stay in California.

Jonathan's home in Somis was perfect for our group of old college friends. We arrived with 4 pickleball enthusiasts and left with 8. Originally, our group had plans to do a hike, but as soon as we settled in, no one wanted to leave the premises. The pool was refreshing after hours of pickleball, and we ended each evening relaxing in the hot tub catching up on each others' lives. Jonathan was responsive, friendly, and relaxed. He really made the booking and stay hassle-free. I would 100% rent the home in Somis again in the future.

We really loved staying at the house. Walking around the neighborhood, friendly people, and the beach cruisers came in handy. The location was near many places that we wanted to visit. We are looking forward to our next booking at this house!! Thank you again for all your assistance

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and it was so beautiful. The house was so clean and they provided us coffee. There was a pool that we got to enjoy. The house itself is so beautiful and it’s very close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We wish we could’ve stayed longer definitely coming back.

The Property is a bit up in the mountainous terrain of Malibu, but it's well worth the drive. There are so many acres to e4xplore and the views are breathtaking. The architecture is simplistic/organic, as if to fit in with the serene nature it resides. The landscaping is impeccable, so much that you'll want to spend most of your time outside. Mani was great to work with, but we didn't really have much of a need to contact him, other thaqn forgetting some medication at the prop0erty, which he kindly returned., Great stay, will go back.

This was our second time staying at the Orchard House and it did not disappoint! The home and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Our 4 kids loved the pool, treehouse, putting green, and bocce ball. So many cute cozy spots to enjoy a cup of coffee or book both inside and outside. The house is nicely spread out and could easily accommodate 2 families as there are 2 en-suite king bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for easy cooking and was left in pristine condition. We had a number of potentially annoying requests and Todd was quick to respond and accommodating. Our kids loved visiting the many nearby playgrounds and library. We can’t wait to come back!

I've stayed at this AirBandB several times and plan to return. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Everything is in good working order. The beds are comfy. There is everything that you need to cook or bake. I especially enjoyed the midcentury modern sleek decorating style. Thanks Bob!

Our family had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the festivities over the Fourth of July. The house was located very close to the beach. Perfect for kite flying, walking, and bike riding. Enjoyed playing the arcade game and ping pong in the game room. Spent many beautiful mornings on the roof top deck. Also, the beds were really comfy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved this place so much! The yard was so so perfect for lounging around and soaking up the sun. We enjoyed the fire pit and bocci ball/corn hole, the perfect hang out yard! Fun location close enough to the beach, just a nice walk away. We loved the Mexican restaurant down the street. Beds were comfy and the place felt like a home away from home with all the cozy furniture. Loved that they had a high chair and pack and play. We had my niece with us and those were so helpful. We’re used to staying on Hollywood beach and Silver Strand is definitely more of a “locals” spot and a little busier beach but we loved it so much! Joanie was great and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place!

This place is fantastic. Kevin spared no details. There were bicycles, games, sand toys for the kids, comfy beds, you name it. A couple of blocks to the beach. I didn’t interact with the hosts because I didn’t need to. The instructions were clear and everything was fantastic. We are already planning our return. Thank you for a great and relaxing stay

Stunning Home., Stunning views. Its Malibu. or a piece of heaven on earth. It takes a bit to get up the hill and find the home yet its worth the time and effort. Serene and peaceful. We had family stay for our final gathering for our daughter's graduation from Pepperdine U. Perfect spot for us.

We had an amazing time during our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect location in Ventura and by the beach. The three-story layout of the home was perfect for our group and had several common spaces which could be shared. There are sweeping views of the ocean and park from several of the common spaces including the living room and kitchen, two balconies and the primary bedroom on the third floor. The home is extremely well kept and was spotless when we arrived. The host left us some delectable cookies and a bottle of wine! Jayne (host) was quick to respond to any questions which we really appreciated. The house is located across from Marina Park, steps to the beach and a short drive to Harbor Village. You can also walk to Seaward Lane less than a mile away where you can enjoy some of the local restaurants, yogurt ice cream, bakery and coffee shop. We ate at Social Tap and Pierpont Tacos; both were very good. We couldn’t be happier!

Absolutely loved our stay at The Beach Casita, so clean and beautifully decorated. The garden area was a dream and while I had to work a few days while there it was the most magical place to call my home office. Loved the location too, 10 minute walk to get coffee from Shining Sun- same distance for a beer from Transmission brewery at night…. Made all in our family happy! And groceries from our favorite spot (Trader Joes) a 7 minute drive made me happiest. We will be back again and enjoyed every minute of our stay, thank you C&C.

A wonderful stay at Hollywood Beach! This house was perfect for my family for the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was immaculate and Maya the host was so gracious and responsive. This house had everything you could think of. Everything was cozy and great for gathering. I would certainly stay again and will be for sure recommending this place to friends and family in the future.

This home and property are magic! Truly THE most heavenly place on earth. Pictures don’t even come close to doing it justice but I promise it is worth every penny. Connie is the sweetest woman, and makes the stay even more special. My family will forever be returning here to make the sweetest memories!

The house is perfect. It’s very comfortable with amazing views and gardens. The hosts are incredibly nice and accommodating. This is our second stay with the hosts and I’m sure there will be more. A+ in every way.

The place was more than we expected. Areas were spacious. Two kitchens! A view of the ocean. Plenty of sand! And plenty of outdoor seating option. There was some charcoal in the garage - so we grilled a bunch of burgers. There was a fun little "gaming" bar across the street. Glenn came by to make certain everything was AOK. Plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. Nice neighbors. We all took a walk on the beach. The water was just far enough away so beachgoers were not a nuisance. Just one really great place!!!

Daniel was very accommodating. The house and location were beautiful. There's lots of local restaurants that were very good. The house is updated with modern features and a really warm fireplace. Daniel was a very responsive host and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be back!
