Each guest over four is charged an additional $20/guest/night, up to eight guests total. Infants UNDER ONE YEAR are not charged and do not add to the guest total.

Great place! Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations. We really enjoyed eating breakfast in the sun room and enjoying seeing the wildlife- deer and a fox! Very easy to get to Glenwood Springs. Cody was very responsive and helpful.

Brenda’s home was spotless and had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. She had a booklet with very easy instructions and lots of recommendations ( including pediatric medical care which I was impressed by). The views were amazing, it was quiet and private and so comfortable for our family. We had an accident at the house with one of our pups and Brenda was very understanding! She was quick in response time and we hope she’ll have us back another time as we frequent the area when we come to our property in the high mountains. Thank you for a lovely stay 🙏🏼❤️

Kendra and Caleb were great hosts and the rental was lovely to stay in. The area is quiet and was a great reprieve on my and my boyfriend’s hiking trip through Colorado. They also gave us a great recommendation for a car shop when we got a flat, and were very responsive any time I reached out - definitely would recommend and stay again

The reason it took me forever to write the review is because the most comfy, calm, and rested we’ve been as a family was during our stay. The relief to spend time together and not overthink and simply enjoy some aspects of a “home” made life so much simpler for a few days. Love the area, they even had bathtoys as I had completely spaced that for kiddos. You can take a breath and in a nice view off the porch.
