Dies ist eine sehr schöne gut durchdachte kleine Wohnung, perfekt für 2 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber. Viele praktische kleine Details. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Ca. 2 Minuten vom kostenlosen Parkplatz Fussweg. Sehr zentral , Strand, Shops und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.Da die Wohnung mitten in der Innenstadt liegt würden wir für geräuschempfindliche Menschen Ohrenstöpsel zum Schlafen empfehlen, da es doch bis Mitternacht relativ stark belebt ist. Würden wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

The place was spotless, new, clean. Amazing views, balcony, calm place, swimming pool, jetted tub and a great grill to cook , also a place sunbath! We absolutely love the place so much!!! Wat een geweldige plek. Het appartement ligt aan het einde van een prachtige haven waar alle bars en restaurants te vinden zijn. We hebben s'ochtends voor een ontbijt en s'avonds na het eten lekker op het balkonnetje gezeten. Het appartement was brandschoon, klein maar confortable. Alles was aanwezig. Onze host was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereikbaar voor tips en advies.

Super Wohnung. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Sehr sauber, ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Gerne wieder 👍

This place is stunning. the open windows, the view, the jacuzzi, even air conditioned. the kitchen had all the utilities to make a Carbonara at least and the place was spacious to exercise on my yoga mat and work on the laptops. This is definitiely a cute getaway. There is a bar below but the sound was also very nicely isolated. Host was super responsive, also gave us new towels etc. Private Parking is outside the common parking area, which is much easier to park.

Drago a été un super hôte , hyper réactif et attentif à toutes nos questions. Le logement était magnifique , la vue pareil. On vous conseille vraiment ce logement !

Ein rundum perfektes Apartment in perfekter Lage

We had an incredible stay at this wonderful apartment in Rijeka! The location is perfect-close to the beautiful islands of Krk and Cres, and just a short drive from Opatija and Pula, making it ideal for exploring. The apartment itself far surpassed our expectations. As a family of four, we found it spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The free parking right in front of the apartment was a huge bonus, especially in the vibrant city marina area. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rijeka-truly a gem!

We greatly enjoyed staying at Zvonimir place. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, it was like a small paradise. The apartment is right by the see, you walk down the stairs and find yourself on a small pebble beach - very quiet and intimate atmosphere. For me it was a perfect place. The town of Senj is very interesting too with rich history. An apartment is quite spacious, decorated with original paintings. And last but certainly not the least Zvonimir and Zrinka are good and generous hosts and absolutely charming people. We enjoyed communicating with them very much and I believe we parted as friends. I am looking forward to staying at this place again!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Apartment. Es ist wunderbar eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Privatsphäre war genau so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Nach einen kleinen Problem war der Vermieter so schnell da. es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Sonnenaufgänge am obersten Sitzplatz waren berauschend. Es war alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt den wir nie vergessen werden. Das Haus ,die Umgebung ,einfach alles.

Het verblijf was prima Doris en haar dochter waren zeer enthousiast en behulpzaam. Wij hebben heerlijke koekjes gekregen die zij zelf gebakken had. Het uitzicht prachtig kortom alles ok.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt - ein privater Strand ist direkt daneben, zum Ort geht man 5 Minuten und wundervolle Spazier-Wege sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und als etwas in der Wohnung nicht funktionierte wurde das Problem prompt behoben. Die Küche ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet - zum Kochen ist alles da was man braucht. Sveta Marina ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort und man kann sich hier gut erholen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Stefano's accommodation is in the heart of Beli. You have a view of the green valley, a fig tree and pomegranate bushes and the blue sea from the balcony. It is wonderfully quiet, with only a small footpath leading past the apartment. The furnishings are good, everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our days in Beli to the fullest!

Wir haben es total genossen in diesem herrlichen Haus sein zu dürfen. Liebevoll gestaltet erzählt das Haus tolle Geschichten aus seinem langen Leben. Liuba und Valentin sind herzlich und die Umgebung lädt ein zum Wandern, schwimmen und da sein! Danke für alles!

Egy családi nyaralásra (7 felnőtt+2 baba) béreltük ki ezt szép házat, ami minden igényt kielégített. Kényelmesen elfértünk. A nyaraló igazán jól felszerelt, mindent megtaláltunk a konyhában is, amire szükségünk volt. Rade kedves, segítőkész. Az egész nyaralás alatt tartottuk a kapcsolatot. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, szívesen visszatérnénk.

Eine super moderne, große Wohnung, die allen Wünschen gerecht wird. Es war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und die Terrasse hatte eine klasse Aussicht! Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, sodass man entweder gut zu Fuß sein muss oder den öffentlichen Nahverkehr nutzen kann. Die Gegend ist super ruhig und gepflegt. Die Vermieter hatten an alles gedacht - sogar kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Mehl, Milch und Nudeln befanden sich in der voll ausgestatteten Küche! Sowas habe ich bislang noch nie erlebt! Abends kam uns auf der Terrasse immer eine Katze besuchen ;) Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Bis bald! ❤️

Es war ein sehr netter Aufenthalt. Alles, was man - in unserem Fall - für einen Kurzurlaub am Meer braucht, war vorhanden. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Kommunikation (auf Englisch) mit Alan (Markos Bruder), der quasi immer unaufdringlich zur Verfügung stand. Vollste Empfehlung von unserer Seite! O apartamento tem uma vista incrível e fica muito bem localizado. Nosso Check-in foi antecipado, o que nos ajudou muito. A anfitriã foi muito gentil conosco.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Het was een erg prettig verblijf! De locatie was op loopafstand van het centrum, het verblijf was schoon en de host was erg behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die Lage ist super. Man kann direkt an den Strand oder in den Pool. Die Sonnenuntergänge am Balkon sind wirklich einmalig.

As the host mentioned, the apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator. But other than forced exercise every day, it’s a great place with an ocean view and great location with easy access to restaurants, local farmers markets, city center and parking lot. Excellent place.

Vesna & Cedo bieten hier wirklich ein Juwel an! Die Wohnung ist wirklich makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und äußerst hochwertig! Die Schlafräume und das Wohnzimmer bieten neben dem traumhaften Ausblick auch separate Klimaanlagen. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir einen Delfin sehen. Die kleine romantische Bucht, die man in wenigen Schritten erreichen kann ist einzigartig. Auch die Hafenstadt Sveti Juraj ist wunderschön und man kann wirklich sagenhaft gut essen! Aber ganz besonders betonen möchten wir die Gastgeber Vesna und Cedo! Wir haben noch nie so eine ehrliche Freundlichkeit erlebt! Diese beiden strahlen so viel Liebe und Herzlichkeit aus! Außerdem sind sie so aufmerksam und wir können nicht in Worte fassen wie dankbar wir sind diese Beiden kennengelernt zu haben! Wir würden immer wieder kommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiter!!! Besser geht es nicht!
