Waterfront vacation rentals in Silkeborg Municipality

A very nice accommodation right on the water (only a footpath separates) on two floors (narrow spiral staircase): upstairs armchair, sofa, view of the harbor and the bed, downstairs kitchenette, large table and the bathroom. Everything you need. Good furniture. In the building also an underground car park (very expensive) or a handful of public parking spaces with a 15-minute limit. Cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, but not too loud. Perfect for exploring the city (by bike) or watching the day go by with a view of the water.

I booked this place for my 3 boys for Christmas. Irma was friendly and quick to respond, and it was easy to get the key from her boyfriend in the same building. The apartment was clean and tidy and everything worked as it should. It's probably best for two people - not three. But for me who wanted to be close to my family in the city, it was a perfect solution.

Highly recommended apartment for a visit to Aarhus! The location at Bessin 7 is perfect for activities. There are sports facilities (squash, beach volleyball, calisthenics, surfing, swimming pool, wakeboarding...), restaurants, bars, a supermarket and a large promenade. The bus stop is also a 3-minute walk away and offers a quick connection to the city and the train station. The apartment itself is super cozy and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the balcony while we could look at the wakeboard facility. Even with the balcony door open, it is quiet, as no cars drive in front of the apartment. Pia was very helpful and quickly available as a host. Thanks for the place! :)

Troels is a perfect host. The apartment also exceeded our expectations, although the photos and descriptions were already very promising. Aarhus is a very attractive destination as a "young" city with a mixture of historical and current architecture and cultural offerings. And the apartment absolutely complements this impression. This host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. There was friendly and responsive communication. The apartment was easy to find and was spotlessly clean and close to the sailing centre which the reason for our visit. There was a nice bakery, a few restaurants and a supermarket close by. The walk into town was a reasonable walk but there is a bus stop close by, that takes you straight in. The apartment itself is very cosy and perfect for 2 people. We could easily cook meals and wash clothes. It had everything we needed and we felt very safe and secure. The balconies were lovely and the view is really nice. The neighborhood is very modern and the architecture is fabulous. We had a great 2 week stay here! Thank you!

The place at Michael's is in a great location – absolutely quiet, idyllic and surrounded by beautiful nature. Perfect for getting away from it all and unwinding. If you are looking for relaxation in a peaceful environment, this is the place to be. Many thanks to Michael for the wonderful time!

A beautiful house in a beautiful location, perfect for 2 families with young children. Well located, in the nature but close to Aarhus or LEGOLAND. The trampoline in the garden and canoes on the lake were great for the kids. Lars-Christian is a fantastic, thoughtful host who takes care of the comfort of his guests. A clean and neat house, follow-up about arrival and departure and reactive if there is a problem. Recommended!

It was perfect. The house looks just like in the pictures. Camilla is a great host, she welcomed us personally and was extremely helpful, she literally made us feel like home. A fully equipped kitchen was the biggest treat. Adding some Indian spices keeping us in mind was a very sweet touch, we really enjoyed cooking. The house is right next to the lake and Camilla was kind enough to offer us free kayaks. She was very quick is responding to all our queries about the surrounding areas. The lake is very clean so perfect to swim. It is walkable from a huge supermarket, restaurants and the center of the city. Best place to stay for a beautiful, peaceful holiday. I would highly recommend it for all age groups.

We had a lovely week's holiday at Thomas's lovely summerhouse. There was everything we needed, even with 2 big teenagers. Incredibly soundproofed between the rooms, all the bedrooms were equipped with ingrown nets on the window so we could sleep with windows open. Nice big terrace where breakfast was consumed a few times. And otherwise just used for coziness and board games. Thomas has been quick to respond to messages, and he greeted us upon arrival. Thomas is an incredibly welcoming host who showed us around the house and told us about the surroundings, as well as the local shopping opportunities. We felt welcome immediately and can definitely recommend this lovely house.

We stayed one week at this incredible house. It is in a beautiful private location where you could not see any neighbors, everything was as described, and Peter was the perfect host. One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. We would stay again without hesitation. We highly recommend!

We were 2 couples, in Michael's apartment, and immediately felt very comfortable. The view is really special, and calms the senses. Everything is very practical and yet cozy. We were able to walk to everything in the 3 days. You're actually right in the middle of it. Aarhus and Michael's apartment is highly recommended. We will be happy to come back.

Amazing place in the harbour in a beautiful district of Aarhus full of life, 10/10

A beautiful apartment overlooking the marina. The light rail passes in front of the apartment but it is the quieter line and is well separated by gardens and a wide walkway etc so we did not feel the rail was intrusive at all. Anita’s apartment was ideal for the marina and easy to walk into the city centre or use public transport. There is a lovely food court, shops, cafes etc at the marina. The apartment was warm and very comfortable and we loved the outdoor balcony space. Would definitely stay again!

There are four of us staying at Keld's. From the beginning, we were enchanted by the magnificent surroundings. The modern complex combines design with maritime flair and offers accentuated play opportunities for the smaller children. Adults will also find the right offer for every need in the area. Keld's apartment is super functional and inviting, so you can feel at home right away. The evenings invite you to linger on the balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea. In any case, we were completely thrilled.
