Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik / Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a balcony & view of Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is a jacuzzi outside and sauna down in the bathroom. If you come more than 4 people, there is you can sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the big room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Please treat my house with respect.

The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and dining area for 4 people. Nice sofa bed for 2 people and fireplace. The house is equipped with sauna, toilet, shower, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi. Air heat pump that regulates the temperature in the house, and floor heating. The residence is 50 meters from a low-traffic road. You have 1.5 km to restaurants in Tällberg, and 500 meters to Siljan. There are nice walking paths in the forest, along Siljan.

You might think that there is a lot of noise from the airport, but this is not the case as there are small planes that sometimes fly here. A total of 4 beds in the form of bunk beds and 160 cm double bed. Sofa bed 140 cm is also available. Bed linens and towels are provided. Refrigerators can be filled according to your own wishes at your own expense. Close to the lake (Siljan) and ski slope (Granberget) Relax in the wood-fired sauna on site.

There is a swimming jetty/floating jetty down by the boat shed. 10 km to Mora and 30 km to Rättvik. To Nusnäs, the valley horse production, it is about 4 km. To Orsa Grönklitt, it takes about 30 minutes by car. The cottage has a wonderful porch where you can sit and eat and enjoy the view. BBQ available. The hygiene space is in a separate cabin.
