Loft in Milladoiro, two floors, 3 km from Santiago de Compostela. Access to the highway in 1 minute. Mercadona, gas station, restaurants at the doorstep. Clinical hospital 2 km away. In half an hour you will be on the beaches of Noia, in 45 minutes in Sanxenxo, Ribeira, Finisterre, etc. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower, 160 cm bed and 150 cm sofa bed. Parking included in the same building. Maximum 4 guests. Due to the large windows, there is no absolute darkness in the sofa bed at dawn.

Our accommodation has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which avoids waiting. The living room, with its integrated dining room, is a perfect space to relax. The kitchen, practical and functional, has access to a terrace with a washing machine and space to hang clothes. We are a few minutes' walk from any point in the village, and only 10 minutes' drive from Santiago de Compostela. Thanks to direct access to the AP-9 highway, it is the ideal starting point for exploring all of Galicia.

The house is 500 meters from the center of Sigüeiro, a quiet village with everything you need (restaurants, bars, pharmacies, laundry...) 200 meters away you also have a supermarket. The house is located very close to Santiago de Compostela (14 km) and has good connections to move around Galicia, with the entrance and exit of the AP9 50m away and the airport 10km away.

We are less than 1 hour from Santiago de Compostela. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away and buses run every hour. There are supermarkets, shops, and bars nearby. There is an urban bus as well. It is delivered fully equipped with bed linen, towels and kitchenware. Located in a safe and quiet area.

It is in a small rural area, a quiet area surrounded by vegetation where you can disconnect from the routine. In front, the Camino de Santiago passes towards Finisterre. 5 km from Pontemaceira, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, it owes its name to the bridge built over the Tambre River in the 12th century, taking advantage of the pillars of an earlier Roman Bridge.

The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms with their bathrooms. From this floor you can access the terrace and the large garden where the private pool and jacuzzi are located.
