The Garden Studio is a Detached purpose built contemporary CABIN tucked away in our garden (we can't see you) within about 15 mins level riverside walk through a park to shops, esplanade and the sea. Private deck and lawn space, which is a mass of bluebells and daffodils in the spring. Lovely bed Linen and superb white towels by Dusk. Lovely rural walks within 2/300 yards. AIR CONDITIONING, double glazed, and oak flooring. A convenient CABIN and ideal 'reading' retreat. Smart 40-inch HD TV.

Sidmouth cottage, Parking, 3 minute walk to beach.

Driftwood is a lovely bright detached cosy cottage with parking. It is at the end of a quiet pedestrian street. It has 3 double bedrooms one with en suite toilet and sink. Downstairs Family bathroom, kitchen with dining area, cosy lounge with French windows onto a good sized south facing courtyard garden with seating and a BBQ. Garden fully enclosed so safe for dogs. Driftwood is a 4 minute walk to the seafront, coast path, kids play area, indoor swimming pool, shops, cafes, pubs and cinema.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

3 bedroom fisherman's cottage 50 metres from Sidmouth's seafront/beach. Cosy lounge & living space with gas coal effect log burner, comfy corner sofa, armchair, 50" smart TV & dining table for four. Galley kitchen with integrated appliances, dishwasher & washing machine. The three upstairs bedrooms include; master with King-size bed, double & cosy single with a sea facing window. The bathroom has a power shower, W.C and basin. The courtyard garden is perfect for alfresco dining.

Close enough to town but far enough away

The good: Recently decorated lounge and living room. Either relax in the lounge with a cosy wood burner and a bit of TV or chat around the dinner table in the living room which has a lovely bright feel to it. Both bedrooms have also been recently decorated and I hope will provide you with a good night sleep. If the sun is out, the south facing garden is a fabulous sun trap! Just a 3min walk to a small Tesco and a further 5mins to the seafront

No single sex groups or stags / hens. We live in a residential area, no noise after 10pm.
