It's a beautiful guesthouse surrounded by nature, farm animals and amazing views. Our girls especially enjoyed their experience of feeding donkeys, horses and local cats. We had a lovely dinner in the evening and a buffet style breakfast with a variety of local bread, cakes, fruit etc. Everyone was very nice and friendly. We would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet stay surrounded by nature.

Amazing location! Super close to all the tourist spots, across the road from the Greek/Roman theatre, amazing view from the balcony, cozy bed, cute pink bathroom! Felt super safe as a solo traveller, would definitely recommend!

Amazing experience thank you Ivan. A great place, clean organized and very comfortable. Exactly how it's presented and more. Tucked away in a complex with the real people of Sicily can't find this in any other fancy Hotel. Walking distance to everything, supermarket and the main street where you can taste the finest food and meet the local people. I booked this place for one month, and I loved it so much I decided to book another month. I highly recommend this place!

Clean. 15 min walk from beach. Away from restaurants, noise and everything else. Ants have been visiting us at the kitchen- probably because trash cans are outside the patio door. Overall it's OK

We spent 1 night at Anna Maria's place. We were very well hosted and the apartment is very spacious which is nice! The accommodation was clean upon arrival and well equipped! Anna Maria is very responsive which greatly facilitates communication and entry to the accommodation! I recommend

Great place to stay in Sicily

The apartment is really good with what is shown in the photos. The tenth of us spent a wonderful week there. We had the whole apartment to ourselves. The layout of the rooms was very good, it is really convenient that each room has its own bathroom. The balconies were also better than expected, there are several of them. The service was great, we always had new towels and good cleaning. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked a lot and there was also salt and spices. The kitchen is very nice. Avola is a nice, quiet little town that is well suited to start activities from there. Glad to come back!

Great welcome and small haven of peace in the heart of the old city of Palermo...Marcella and her team are charming. Spacious room, well-equipped bathroom, perfect kitchenette... Nice decor!! I recommend breakfast in the pretty flowery courtyard...A delight!

Stay here for the view and you won’t regret it. Private, beautiful, spacious. Comes with good coffee! Easy communication and good recommendations! 100% would stay again!

The apartment is perfect! The location is amazing - steps to the black sand beach. What an amazing place!

The room was clean, stylish, and offered a beautiful view of Mount Etna. The location was peaceful, with secure parking available, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming—making for an overall pleasant experience. The only downside was a bit of misleading information: the listing advertised free parking, but we were charged €8 per day. Would definitely come back though <3

We will not forget the welcome of the Sicilians, but Benedetto wins the gold medal. It's adorable-it was attentive, helpful, a bespoke breakfast, the only place we could have hot chocolate (French) and coffee with milk. We have been traveling for 4 years but we have never been so well received. Nothing is a problem for Benedetto, sure he will do anything to make your stay perfect. Great location and we found Giuseppe a very responsive host. We were happily surprised to find the apartment well stocked with lots of bottled water, fruit and coffee capsules, amongst other things. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were all good, two a really good size. I had forgotten the third one has a double bed at the top of a quite steep set of stairs on a mezzanine - but it set well into it's own room, with a single bed and bathroom below, so still a good private room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, and there is a dining table that can sit 6 or even 8, set to one side of the room. You need to pull it out into the main kitchen space to sit around it, but this is fine. Happy to recommend this as a great place to stay. Seems to be better value for smaller groups, as you pay per person!

We had a great time at Gaetano's home with a perfect place and exactly matches the photos. Very clean and nice pool. Presence of a gardener and a housekeeper every day if needed to keep a clean and healthy environment. Thank you a lot for a great stay!
