Consisting of three interconnected igloo-shaped units, this special holiday home is located in the middle of a nature reserve, just 300 m from the crystal-clear sea. The rocky coasts of the reserve are flat and walkable; the conditions for swimmers and divers are ideal here. From the large property (2300 sqm) with Mediterranean vegetation you have direct access to the sea. You can also cool off in the saltwater pool while enjoying the unique view of the sea and the surrounding coast. The special design of the building and the interior make the house very special. Due to the domed roofs, there is sometimes a low ceiling height in the passages (1.82 m). You can also do a lot for your culinary well-being here, so there is a pizza oven and an outdoor grill, which is located on the veranda. Here you can spend sociable evenings. LED lights in the rock face create a pleasant atmosphere. Plemmirio is the ideal seaside resort for those who want to avoid crowded seaside resorts in order to enjoy a relaxing seaside holiday. La casa si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare Catania e Siracusa ed a pochi km dall'aeroporto di Catania. Può ospitare fino a un massimo di 5 persone così suddivise: al piano terra è presente un divano letto per due persone, nel soppalco sono presenti un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Gode di una bella ed ampia terrazza con vista sul mare e sull'Etna nella quale sono presenti cucina e doccia oltre a quelli all'interno. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata e wifi.

I bungalow si trovano all'interno del Camping & Village Rais Gerbi: è possibile usufruire della splendida piscina con acqua di mare (aperta da giugno a settembre), dell'ottima pizzeria, del campo da calcetto, del campo da tennis ed possibile accedere alla Caletta del Pirata.

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.
