The house is the heart of a fascinating 50 hectares garden and has wide spaces equipped with seats and large umbrellas surrounded by olive trees, palms and other typical Mediterranean flora. The old building is reached by walking along a path, shaded by olive, almond and oak trees. Three spectacular terraces offer you a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Eolian islands and allow you to sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The house has a very scenic swimming pool. On the ground floor of the house there is: - a spacious entrance hall - a luminous living room - an ample dining room - the kitchen, equipped all that is necessary - a double bedroom with bathroom in suite On the first floor the house offers various accommodations: - a room with a double bed, convertible in thre single beds on request - 2 double bedrooms with bathroom in suite - 2 single rooms with shared bathroom - a studio equipped with a sofa beds for two seats if needed Our guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house, terraces, garden, swimming pool and all over 50 hectars of country. The owners will be present for check-in and check-out. A welcome kit with typical products will be ready for the guests. Relish total immersion in nature, with coastal walks among the olive and citrus trees. Swim in the sea daily, with Torrenova beach a walk or drive away. The villa is well positioned to explore Palermo, Cefalù, Etna volcano, and Sicily's other gems. Centro storico, con accoglienti terrazze

Artepalermo is a Bed and Breakfast apartment in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo on the top floor of an old, renovated house, without elevator and surrounded by lanes, churches, monasteries, markets, washing, squares and terraces. You will live in the house of an artist and you can visit her studio. Your room is more than 25 square metres, it has a double and a single bed, a sofa, a bureau and a balcony. There is also a shared sitting room, a shared dining room, a roof terrace, another atmospheric little terrace and a kitchen where you can also cook. You will have a private bathroom, but it is not in the room itself. The furniture and the style of the apartment are basic with an artistic touch. There is free quick unlimited internet( fibre). As we are really in the heart of the centre you can walk within a few minutes to the food markets, supermarkets, flea markets, shops, restaurants, musea, port and parcs. It is less than 5 minutes walking to the sea! The centrale train station is at 10 minutes walking. In case you come by car (but you don't need it in Palermo) : you are not allowed to go into the old centre without a special pass ( the ZTL). But you can park on the Foro Italico (near Porta Felice is the nearest). If somebody asks you money, give him maximum 1 or 2 euros. We are a Dutch woman, a Tunisian man and a Sicilian dog. Il loft si trova sul lungomare di Avola in una delle zone più apprezzate della città. L'autostrada dista solo 1 km e vi permetterà di raggiungere le principali mete turistiche (Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa, Scicli e Marzamemi) in poco tempo. Una piccola palestra, le bici ed i kayak daranno un tocco dinamico alla vostra vacanza.

Dista 5 km dal tempio di Segesta, 15 dalle spiagge di Castellammare del Golfo e 28 dalla riserva dello zingaro. A 45 km è possibile raggiungere le splendide saline di Marsala e a 42 km la città di Erice. Inoltre, gli aeroporti di Palermo e Trapani sono equidistanti, a circa 35 km di distanza.

The Oriental Fumoir at Ballarò Market

I live in the most lively and popular part of the historical centre of Palermo, exactly at the beginning of the famous Ballartò Market, in a large flat with a fumoir with oriental decorations from the early decades of the 20th century. It is not a B&B, nor a hotel, it is a real house where I live and where I welcome my guests like old friends with whom I share a love for art, travel and the diversity of cultures.

Il monolocale è di circa 32 mq, si sviluppa dall'ingresso su un open space con cucina attrezzata, divano letto con letti separabili, armadio incastonato a parete, una piccola nicchia con letto matrimoniale ed un bagno privato. È provvista di riscaldamento autonomo e non di condizionatore dato che la sua struttura in pietra consente di mantenere una temperatura ideale anche nelle giornate più torride.

La camera rustica ha ingresso e bagno indipendente, riscaldamento e aria condizionata autonomi, il tutto su un unico livello. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione frigo, forno a microonde e macchina del caffè. Sono presenti all'interno dell'intera proprietà animali domestici (cani gatti cavallo e caprette e coniglietti). Colazione, pranzo, cena e aperitivi con piatti tipici siciliani su richiesta.
