It has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a confortable dining and lounge area. You will find the best choices of Restaurants, bars, and shops in town within five minutes walking distance. Your landlord will welcome you at check in and he will be available on call for any question or need. We try to provide a worm but "discrete" service. The authentic neighborhood of Torre di Ligny plus the historic fishing port and fish market forms the backdrop to this property. The house is located at the western end, where the last isthmus of land divides the Tyrrhenian Sea from the Mediterranean. You can reach every part of the city center on foot. Restaurants, churches, squares, markets, port, and ferries/hydrofoils to the Egadi Islands will be just few minutes away. We can also recommend a useful bike rental-shop located in the city center. The city beach is located along the northern coastline. You will have roughly four kms of sandy beach coast to chose your favorite spot. You can use car, bicycle, or you can just walk to reach it. L'appartamento, silenzioso e accogliente, è composto da una camere da letto matrimoniale (con possibilità di letto singolo aggiuntivo), bagno con ampia doccia e cucina ben attrezzata. La cucina soggiorno, luminosissima e provvista di divano si affaccia su balconcino. L'appartamento si trova al sesto piano di un palazzo di rilievo architettonico. Sul pianerottolo è presente l'altro nostro appartamento "CASA MANFREDI". Varcando l'ingresso dell'abitazione ci si ritrova in un piccolo disimpegno da cui è possibile accedere al bagno alle camere da letto e al soggiorno/cucina con balcone. L'appartamento si trova in posizione strategica per la vicinanza al Porto navale e alla fermata dei bus da e per l'aeroporto Falcone e Borsellino. L'appartamento si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal per l'aereoporto Falcone e Borsellino di Palermo e l'aereoporto di Birgi (TP). Frequenti autobus collegano il quartiere con il resto della città, specialmente con la stazione ferroviaria e bus. Un autobus diretto collega via Libertà con le spiagge di Mondello.
