Everything was perfect and without any complications. I hope to return later. A beautiful and charming place, super quiet! Apart from being very economical when I asked for transportation to tourist areas and markets, recommended, I loved it!

Very nice house, easy to go everywhere.There are many spa shops nearby.The housekeeper was very responsive and enthusiastic.There are all kinds of daily necessities, and the cleaning lady is very timely.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. It was just so aesthetic, perfect for girls & couples. The bathroom was spacious & clean. All the kitchen equipments were right there. As I am a pure vegetarian, I had to make everything at home. Got everything I needed. Everything was perfect. The pool was so long & scenic, a perfect place to relax & see the sunset. Would just recommend to have an option to change towels & provide water for everyday because all the airbnb’s I went in bali & thailand had this option. The balcony wad perfect too. Loved the place, would definitely come again & recommend my friends too.

The environment is very good, suitable for a family or friends traveling together. There is a big lawn in front, and a river behind the house. You can take a walk.🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

Noey’s house was amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer. Probably one of my favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve stayed at. A lot of privacy yet still close to everything. The pool was amazing and she even arranged for us to get a ride back to the airport. Would 10 /10 recommend and stay here again

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

The landlord is very helpful in every way, he is very sweet and sincere. The environment is very close to everywhere, you will never have any transportation problems. I felt very peaceful and happy during my stay here. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I do not think of any other place to stay.

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door does not close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few flaws. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai.
