Apartment vacation rentals in Si Phum

I came to Chiang Mai for the first time and stayed in a nice accommodation, so I made good memories.

I'm Korean. This is a certification shot restaurant, so why aren't there many reviews? It's 100% the same as the picture. I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. Location There are quite a few famous restaurants near the accommodation There are two famous nail shops, so it's convenient. There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Ban Chang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when there is no sun, if you swim at that time with only soft lighting, it's really emotional. You know that you can use it 24 hours a day, not that you're keeping it clean? It was very comfortable thanks to the large table and chairs in the accommodation There was a big refrigerator, so it was very comfortable. However, it is not a linoleum, but a tile, so it is good to prepare indoor shoes. And since the window is a wooden window, The atmosphere is good, but there are some mosquitoes. A home keyper is a must. I personally highly recommend it. You don't have to go to a pretty cafe, just buy a coffee You can eat in the garden of the accommodation.👍🏻 I was using an umbrella on a rainy night Eating local noodles while walking around the neighborhood I really liked that kind of sensibility. Maybe because it was a local area, it wasn't noisy But in the morning, the chicken was so noisy... it seemed like it was next door. If you need a high-quality product, I tried to make it. I tried to make it. Because I'm not a good person, I'm not a good person.

I really enjoyed staying in this cosy apartment in central Chiang Mai. It was exactly as described, clean, modern and comfortable, and in an excellent central location. Nubkhun is an excellent host and was extremely helpful with very detailed instructions on the check in procedures, the apartment facilities and lots of useful local knowledge and great advice on where to go and what to see. Highlight of the trip for me was the amazing night bazar/market (Anusarn Market) on Changklan Road just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Chiang Mai and I would not hesitate to book it again on my next trip to CM.

I’ve been to Chiang Mai many times and this place was definitely my fave! The location is incredibly convenient as it’s right in the middle of Nimman, so you can walk everywhere (or easily call a Grab). The space itself was nice, stylish, and spacious. The building has a small gym and an outdoor pool, which was nice too. The only thing I wish was improved was the smell of sewage in the master bathroom. It gets pretty intense, but they did offer cleanings and someone came by to pour a solution down the drain that temporarily helped with the scent. Beer’s communication overall was great and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Thanks for a great stay!

It was really close to the Maya Mall, a 3-minute walk, and it was very convenient in terms of location. The accommodation was small overall, but it was just the right size for one person to stay. I was also satisfied with the communication with the host. The response was quick and they kindly guided me on the necessary parts, so I was able to stay comfortably. If there's one thing that's unfortunate, it's that, like most of the accommodations in Nimhan, it's close to the airport, so the plane noise was a little annoying at night. If you're sensitive, I think it's a good idea to take note. Still, overall, the location, cleanliness, and communication were all satisfactory.

The apartment was lovely it had everything we needed, check in was very simple and it was a great location in chiang mai. The rooftop pool was beautiful, it’s a shame it wasn’t open 24 hours a day

Bin was brilliant from start to finish allowed us to check in very early due to my dad being 81 years old. So kind polite fantastic English , just true professional and nice guy. Apartment perfect so cosy . Swimming pool and gym great . Lovely coffee shop in lobby , highly recommend

Everything about this place is well thought out and perfect for remote work. The desk setup is solid with an ergonomic chair, a monitor on an adjustable arm, and a reliable WiFi connection that handled video calls without a problem. There is even a whiteboard for jotting down tasks or planning your day. The apartment also comes with a 55 inch smart TV and four Bluetooth speakers. You can connect to them easily by plugging in the adapter stored in the cabinet under the TV. It was great for background music while working or relaxing after hours. The co host was flexible and allowed us a late checkout, which I really appreciated. The bed is comfortable and the overall space is clean and functional. The view is awesome and made long coding sessions a lot more enjoyable. There were some building renovations during my stay but they only happened on two days out of the week. It didn’t really impact me. I just played music through the speakers and kept working. Recommended!!

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. Thank you, Jen and Joe!

A fantastic place to stay! We spent a month here and felt like at home. The interior is quite modern, thoughtful, convenient and aesthetically pleasing. The host is extremely responsive and provides very good services. They even offer weekly cleaning of the apartment at not cost which we have not experienced before at Airbnb bookings. Wifi is fast for remote working purpose. Kitchen and bathroom are functional and clean. Location is superb — walking distance to maya, one Nimman etc and there are plenty of massage places, restaurants and bars for you to enjoy the Chiang Mai night life. We even got a walk-in massage at 11pm one day. They also provide two free bicycles to use which really saved a lot of time for us. There is also a motorcycle rental place downstairs that provides very good service if you want to go somewhere far away. Hope next time we come back to Chiang Mai we can stay here again!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Stayed at Fy's place for 7 weeks while studying Thai at a nearby language school at Pantip Plazza. I've stayed at "The Astra" many times over the years and love the location, the always friendly and helpful security staff and the abundance of restaurants just a short walk away. If you rent a motorbike as I do when in Chiang Mai, there's plenty of parking in the building. Fy's apartment stood out for the cleanliness, the very comfortable bed and pillows and the thoughtful decor. The view from the 9th story balcony overlooking the grounds of the "Shangri-La Hotel" is lovely and especially relaxing in the evenings. A nice place to come "home" to at the end of a long day. Definitely recommend, and would book here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Cheers. 🙏

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

Located next door to Shangri La Hotel, 7-11 is a minute walk away, and BigC is a 10-minute walk away.If you like Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, it's basically within 20 minutes on foot.It's half an hour from the walking street of the ancient city, but it's very convenient to get a taxi. The apartment is fully furnished and there is a gym and small swimming pool on the rooftop.Although the interior is not brand new, it is acceptable overall, and the hygiene is good. The small disadvantage is that the sound insulation of the hallway at the entrance is average, but fortunately, the two-room layout of the room does not affect the bedroom.And the windows of the opposite hotel are very close, so if you mind privacy issues, you need to keep the curtains closed all the time. Anyway, it's a great value for money.
