A true bed and breakfast in a sea of stale air bnbs! Sharon met me upon arrival and showed me to my private abode in the center of a working cherry (and other things!) farm. The fridge was stocked with eggs, milk, butter and bread, and there was a nespresso machine + a selection of teas. She also gave me a book of local wineries and their backgrounds which I greatly appreciated and used throughout my stay. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area!

This was a perfect stay, convenient right across the bus stop and Foursquare. I felt so at home and so welcome. Arrowtown is a real hidden gem and it was a manageable walking distance into town to explore further. Great suggestions in the compendium, comfortable and warm bed and the heat pump was a bonus, although I didn’t need it much with the lovely sunny few days. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very peaceful, private and sunny. Felt like it was brand new. Anita is so friendly. And the home made bread was delish! Would highly recommend.

A perfectly proportioned, cosy, modern and well equipped unit for a couple - just like a home away from home, at a great price and the location is unbeatable if you are here to explore the many biking and walking options like we were. Belinda was very accommodating in allowing us to securely store our mountain bikes in the garage when we were not using them. Already thinking of our next visit, can't wait!

Amazing house, amazing hosts, cool animals which you can feed! Setting is absolutely stunning, close enough to Queenstown but remote enough to feel the serene landscape, amazing night sky's too. Hosts went above and beyond and did everything with a smile. Great spot!!

Suzanne’s property was the best decision we could have made for our trip. Gorgeous rustic design and a working ranch with deer stock nearby. Halfway between Queenstown and Glenorchy the location was perfect for a quiet retreat after a being out and about in town/nature. There are a few guest houses at the location and everyone was friendly and we had plenty of privacy while not being too isolated. Loved it and would stay again or recommend it to friends. An absolutely gorgeous place! The views are stunning and the garden is lovely - perfect for morning coffee or a late night glass of wine watching the mountains. The house was super private and quiet and a great size for a couple. The owners were great to communicate with and kindly left us the key for the pool and spa area. The real star of the show was their dog Jet. He really made our stay and we looked forward to seeing him sneak through the fence (and we rewarded him with lots and lots of cuddles). We will for sure be back

Wow. This place is GREAT! Warm, comfortable bed. TV and entertainment plus sized! We felt right at home . and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is a cafe, restaurant and shop (all combined) just down the street called the Farmhouse. Excellent food and value. Great coffees too. This air bnb is modern efficient, secure and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Very convenient location, just a few minutes drive from the town center! It was nice and cozy unit in a quiet neighborhood… Sandy was very responsive and helpful with addressing our needs. Great stay and would recommend!

The most amazing spot! Unbeatable views of mountains all around on a tranquil farm in Arrowtown. Truly a special place. So much better than paying a similar amount for something tiny in Queenstown. Our 2 kids (7 & 4) also loved having their own little ‘wing’ complete with giant soft toys, a TV, bathroom & wardrobe. Three small buildings are joined by a central semi-outdoor area, but you can mainly close this from the elements with two large doors. It made the stay feel like an adventure and we all loved it! The master ‘wing’ felt luxurious with beautiful views from the bed. Double-head shower was a nice touch. The kitchen/living space was stylish and really comfortable with everything you need. Looking out to a mountain range from the dining table was perfection. Weber BBQ outside was great. We loved the cats / dogs / cows - all so friendly. Close to Arrowtown and the 20 min drive to Queenstown was a breeze. Recommend the scenic drive to Wanaka too. Highly recommend this stay!

Thank you Steph for such a beautiful stay. The photos did not do the room justice, it was impeccably clean with everything you could need for your stay. We appreciated the heat hump, heated towel rack and floors for our winter stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Steph’s place again.

Gail and Peter were fantastic hosts. Parking and accessing the property was easy and all the information we needed was provided to us. The place was clean, tidy and very welcoming. Would 100% recommend a stay here :)

It's a luxurious stay!The house is located in an estate with a very large hillside and lake in front, and you can see the cattle in the back. You can see the sunrise at 8am.Home and surroundings, everything is pleasing to the eye.We and our three-year-old were reluctant to leave.Highly recommended!

Our stay at Mei's place was great. Very comfortable and cosy and has everything you need, with a fully equipped kitchen. There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids, and felt quite comfortable. The accommodation was exactly as shown and nice and clean. The wifi was good which was really helpful for work purposes. We also really enjoyed the fire pit. Would definitely recommend it.

Don’s place was spotless and had all the amenities described. The view was amazing and just a short drive into the heart of Queenstown!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this place. The instructions to check-in is very clear and the designated parking space is very easy to locate. The fully equipped kitchen made home cooking very convenient. The view from the apartment is gorgeous, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place for vacation.

Really lovely house with a sweet little garden at the back. We were travelling with two small children and it was perfect. A lovely distance from the town and really nice walks nearby. The house was spotless and had super comfy beds and an amazing shower. We would definitely return. Thank you so much for having us!

Everything was exceptional at Jaimee's: it is quiet, clean, modern (with a super-comfy bed!) and Jaimee is an excellent communicator. The unit is very well laid out and provides an ideal launching point for activities in the area. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of central Queenstown and the view was great. I don't hesitate to recomend Jaimee's place to others visiting Queenstown and the surrounding area.

A delightful place in a gorgeous part of the country with lovely hosts . Everything top quality and comfortable with little extras like fruit ,fresh milk delicious homemade Musli , Vogel’s and homemade marmalade. Thanks guys We would definitely stay again.

Great, cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Not a far drive to downtown Queenstown. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

We only have great things to say about Katharine and David’s AirBnB. It was slightly out of the main Queenstown centre, but we preferred that. It was very convenient and had a secure spot for parking our hire car. The place was spotless, warm and cozy. It looked exactly like the listing. The sauna and spa were fantastic and provided stunning views of Queenstown. We also met David briefly, who was a lovely bloke. Highly recommend.
