Apartment vacation rentals in Shinjuku Station

Friend and I stayed at Eric's listing for about 10 days. Eric was very responsive and was always a message away should we had any questions. While the place may be smaller than expected, my friend and I appreciated having our own bathrooms and bedrooms, although it might be tight for 4 people total. The area is more Korean, so you'll see bars and bbq restaurants open late. The subway was a short walk away while the JR line was 10 mins away should we need to go somewhwre further. Super close to convenient stores to stop at if you are missing anything from your trip. Having washers/ dryers available prepared us in packing less as we were able to wash our clothes. Highly recommend the stay!

The house is clean and comfortable, suitable for one to two people. The house location and staying instruction provided are very clear. The response from the owner is quick and always nice. The house is with balcony and elevator which is a bonus! The house is close to restaurants and family-mart. Overall, it is a very enjoyable stay!

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

Nice clean place. Liked that it was in a quieter part of Tokyo but still walkable to great food and of course the Yoyogi station. We are family of 4, two young kids, and it was tight but worked for us. This is Tokyo after all and we didn’t expect western style apartment or space. Had small kitchen and washer dryer but we didn’t need to use either. Host was responsive and had good English. Instructions to get to the place from Yoyogi station were clear and had pics

I loved this place so much. As I entered the place I felt right at home. Everything was so clean and it was equipped with all necessities you can imagine. The host was always responsive and everything was well communicated. It was the last stop of my travels in Japan and maybe the best place I stayed so far. Thank you so much!

Kei’s place is such a great location. Not in midst of all the hustle and bustle, but a short walk to it, which was perfect. Would stay again.

We loved stayed here! Lala’s place was clean, neat, and in a wonderful location. There is an elevator to get to the room which was very helpful. Lala was a wonderful and responsible host, and her intentional details made us feel right at home. Can’t recommend this space enough!

Great and quiet spot near Shinjuku with good transport connections. Easy to find convenience stores nearby. The room is small but perfect to fit two people and large suitcases (no elevator, first floor with narrow stairs). Very comfortable beds. The place was clean and tidy. Perfect communication with Ryo. I recommend the place 100%! Hope to visit again :)

Would recommend this stay for others. Central location right by two train lines with easy links into Shinjuku and Shibuya Station. Clean and tidy flat as per the photos. Very responsive host who was able to accommodate our earlier check-in. Walkable distance to 7 eleven, restaurants and other stores.

If you're going to walk around Tokyo Shinjuku, Shibuya, I highly recommend it. The biggest disadvantage is that there is no elevator, but other than that, it's perfect! Twin beds, clean and spacious, so I was able to stay comfortably!

Just want to take a moment to extend a very big thank you to Hide and Aya for hosting us. Their accommodation is located in a fantastic little spot, close to just about everything you could need and only a few stops away from Shinjuku/Shibuya; with all the amenities one might need. Not only that, Hide and Aya went above and beyond helping us to arrange to return of a lost package. Going so far as to follow-up with Yamato for us and arranging for the delivery on our behalf. We are so grateful to have had such wonderful hosts!

The place was amazing to stay at. It was close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Will definitely stay here again once I’m back in Tokyo.

The place was neat, super clean and felt brand new. It’s definitely ideal for a solo traveler, but it has everything you need. The price was reasonable for the location, with subway stations, a large grocery store and several convenience stores nearby. I would love to stay here again! Just a heads-up: the building doesn’t have an elevator, and the stairs are on the narrow side. If you have large luggage, you might want to make sure your room is on the first or second floor. (That said, it’s a quiet and safe neighborhood, so I wouldn’t worry about security or noise at all.) Also, the washing machine is cleverly “hidden” under the counter in the bathroom—just in case you have trouble finding it like I did at first :)

Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. The locality is wonderful, authentic, and homely! love the train station vibes on slow afternoons. it has everything you need! Thank you Pearl for a wonderful stay 😊

Amazing! First accommodation of many in Asia and not disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay. The receptionist was very welcoming and cheerful. They also had a small lift for the luggages which was very useful. Although it was a small room, it was all we needed knowing that we would be outside exploring Tokyo most of the time. Overall a well located stay that i would recommend.

Very close to the train station and there is a convenience store outside.It's arranged on the first floor, so you don't have to move the boxes.The apartment is spacious enough to unpack your luggage comfortably.The host has prepared the tableware and pots, you can cook your own meals, and the seasonings are also available.If the door lock can't be opened, try pushing it and pulling it open.Check-in and check-out times are flexible, especially check-out times are scheduled before 11 o'clock, with plenty of time to rest and get ready. Because it is close to the station, you can also hear the sound of trains outside, it feels like going back to childhood, and it is not noisy.

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

The apartment was much bigger than I thought for being in Tokyo! There is definitely no issue opening suitcases like other Airbnb. The apartment is clean and about 12 minutes walk from Shinjuku station:

Great value. It was nice to be a little out of the main tourist areas, but still have easy access to restaurants and train stations. The bed was comfy and the room was well-equipped.
