Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.

It sits just below the old city wall across the road from the River Exe, just a short walk from the centre with all its shops, eateries and historic features.
