It's close to main freeways, restaurants, shopping, medical facilities, downtown Little Rock and N Little Rock. This unit has 1 parking space, w/extra parking on the street, & access to an outdoor pool.

Only one person lives in the upstairs part of property, so no family/kids/dogs running around on your ceiling. RV friendly driveway/alley up to 33ft. Smoking/420 is allowed outside ONLY!
