It has a separate entrance and easy parking and a kitchen. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You are close to the action but far enough away to have a peaceful nights sleep. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable!

The suite has it’s own private entrance, bathroom, and living area. It’s perfect for those who want to stay in a quiet, secluded area in the mountains, while still being only 10 mins drive from the Pearl Street Mall. We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.

The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.
