Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Setagaya City

I had a lovely stay. The staff were so warm and personable and friendly. The area is nice and conveniently close to a number of metro stations to move around Tokyo. Also fairly close to cafes & shops in Ginza. The room was quite spacious for Japanese standards. Only issue was that the wi-fi was not strong enough during my stay. However this did not dampen the overall experience.

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

Had an excellent week long stay here. Mitsuru-San, the host, communicated very well and made sure I had everything I needed. The area itself is quiet, close to the station, and near some nice restaurants. Recommend for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay

Excellent location... Only one metro stop to Shibuya. Convenient for families. Close to supermarkets and bakeries. There is a park close by and my kids were able to play soccer with locals. We had a wonderful time.

The place is super clean and put together. We really enjoyed the stay. The place was comfy and had a really nice interior design. The room on floor level was a cute touch to experience traditional Japanese style. Then going upstairs, there were 2 beds for more room and we liked having the ac upstairs since it was a bit toasty without it. It was a fun place to stay, I would stay here again!

Enjoyed our week stay at Hiroko’s place. Host was responsive to our questions. Studio apartment had all the amenities you needed + local recommendations were provided by host. Quick, easy walk to Shimokitazawa. Accessible to train stations. Enjoyed our walk home and settling in every night. Would definitely come back and stay here

My wife and I had a very good experience in Tokyo. Osuke's place is quite close to the metro station and there are very good cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. The place may seem small for people in the West but, it has quite a few cleaning and hygiene products for the guests' ease. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Nobu's place is in a beautiful location in Shibuya, a short walk to excellent cafes, wine bars and a small supermarket. Also an easy walk to heart of Shibuya and transport links to other areas of Tokyo. The apartment is spotless, really comfortable with natural light and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Yoko's place. Close to both subway and train stations. Very safe neighborhood even as we walked home at 11pm thru the back alley. We had little issue with locating the address but it is due to us not being familiar with Japan. Yoko responded right away when I messaged her and it was a smooth sailing after that. We would definitely rent her place in the future.

Chie's place was beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed my time there immensely and loved taking peaceful walks along the river. Chie and her husband are kind, patient, and very friendly. I felt well taken care of in her home and would love to stay again if ever I have the chance.

Yasu was the most thoughtful host! He kindly came to pick us up from the station and was so helpful with recommendations and information. There are adult bikes available to use. When we asked Yasu, where we could rent a bike for our 6 year old, he bought one for him! Our son was over the moon and loved cycling around. We explored many parks, and we didn’t cover all of them. I can highly recommend the Traffic Park, for kids. They have bikes and go-carts for the kids(for free). The house is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our son, had the room downstairs. He loved the mini foosball table, and having a huge room all to himself. There were welcome snacks and the fridge was packed with food and fruit! The location was also terrific for getting around. We loved it here, and would definitely come back again!

It was a great place for us. A little small for 8 people and no sitting area but the host was so responsive and the location was ideally located near a train station. The air conditioning was strong and the showers were spacious. Thank you so much for hosting us. We would definitely come back to this place again.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Besso was a great place to stay at. It was conveniently located and close to a train station for day trips, and with a lot food places around. The team was extremely helpful and accommodating , helping us get our luggage delivered. If you are planning a trip to Tokyo, highly recommend staying here.

great place for a group . nice quiet neighborhood.. setagaya is a nice upscale area . very near Sagenjaya which has nice place to eat and drink

Rika had everything we needed, including a high chair crib and even some toys. Her house is well located, I loved the neighborhood and the house was super clean too.

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

Perfect stay! Extremely close to Oedo line. Walkable distance to Shinjuku. Clean, spacious, safe. Jun was also very kind and responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

we love our stay at Hitomi's place. It was super easy going in the appartement and with all the great recommandations she provided. We stayed in with a years old and a 5 months, it was super convenient. It's really closed to train's station and a lot of shops and restaurant.

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

We had a lovely stay at Ryusuke’s place. We chose the location because it was in the neighborhood of our friends. We easily took the bus and train from close to his place. The flat was very spacious and met all our needs. There’s a delicious bakery close and some nice restaurants. We would stay again. Thank you!
