新しくオープンしたばかりということもあり、すごく綺麗で素敵なお家でした。お家の設計、家具や電化製品など、１つ１つにこだわりを感じ、使い勝手が良かったです。プールサイドにテーブルがあり、みんなで集まりながらご飯を食べることができる点がすごく良かったです。また、ホストの方の返信も早くて親切で、助かります。アーリーチェックインやレイトチェックアウトは料金がかかりますが、柔軟にご対応くださいました。この度の滞在は素晴らしい経験となりました。ありがとうございました。

Great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer and the wifi and they were very responsive to help us resolve the issues. Train station was about a 5-7 minute walk from the listing so that was very convenient. Overall, great stay. Would recommend for a group of 6 or less, especially if there are couples to share beds.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

We loved our stay! It was a peaceful neighbourhood amongst locals & only a short walk to the train stations & local food on the Ginza strip😍 House is beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was so good for us to cook as we have children. The area is very safe and people are friendly. Host is very helpful & always responds very quickly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home😊

Great location! Quieter little side street right in the middle of the action in Shibuya. Very comfortable beds. Clean and bright. Very safe neighborhood, close to great restaurants, shops, parks and train station.

We enjoyed our stay at Yoko's place. Close to both subway and train stations. Very safe neighborhood even as we walked home at 11pm thru the back alley. We had little issue with locating the address but it is due to us not being familiar with Japan. Yoko responded right away when I messaged her and it was a smooth sailing after that. We would definitely rent her place in the future.

We had a wonderful 16-day stay at this Airbnb in Tokyo! The location was incredibly convenient — just a short walk to Kamikitazawa Station, with easy access to Shibuya and Shinjuku (only about 15–20 minutes by train). The host was truly exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. He helped with everything from picking up our Amazon delivery to arranging airport transfers both at arrival and departure. Throughout our stay, he was always responsive, kind, and genuinely accommodating. A truly super Superhost — highly recommended!

Maikoさんのお部屋は、こどもの発表会が京王線沿いであり、夜遅くまでかかってしまうために1泊で、習い事の友人家族と一緒に利用させて頂きました😊 笹塚に泊まるのは初めてでしたが、駅前にはたくさんの飲食店や衣料品、雑貨屋さんなどがあり、とても便利な街だと思いました。 最近のおしゃれなお店もあれば、昔ながらの雰囲気を感じさせるお店もあり、住みやすそうな印象を受けました。 お家の近くは静かで落ち着いた雰囲気の住宅街で、この街で暮らしているかのような滞在が叶いました。 普段と異なる環境で過ごすとこどもが興奮してしまいますが、お家がシンプルでとてもきれいでしたので、発表会前に落ち着いて過ごせたのはよかったと思いました！ 歯ブラシや化粧品は持参する必要がありましたが、シャンプーやタオルなど必要なものが揃っていたので、最小限の荷物で宿泊できました。 足りないものも、家の近くにコンビニとスーパーがあったのも助かりました✨ ありがとうございます😊

We had a fantastic stay at this place in Shibuya! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Tokyo with easy access to trains, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and had a really unique, stylish decor that made it feel special. Beds were super comfortable, which was perfect after long days exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Yoko and Shun were amazing! They were very responsive and super helpful when we had a lot of questions. Shun was so kind in helping us get to where we needed to go. Highly recommend this Airbnb host! Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Kyoko's place was perfect for our large family. We had our four adult boys with us, and there was plenty of space for everyone in this newer unit. The kitchen and laundry machines were essential for our longer stay. The location is more of a local neighborhood, which we preferred. Easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya, but the nearby neighborhoods and access to Shimokitazawa was really nice as an alternative to the overpopulated areas. Kyoko had great local recommendations and we felt at home in the markets, izakayas and ramen shops nearby. Thank you so much!

It was such a beautiful home, honestly we had a very different view of it just because we live in the US our perspective of the home was different but once we arrived seeing the architecture and the way the house is built was so wonderful and smart. Everyone loved the house! We felt so comfortable especially the terrace was so peaceful. We loved being able to have two bathrooms as well as having a washer/dryer in one! We were actually so surprised and having little kids with us it was a necessity. We loved how close it was to Uniqlo and other restaurants and stores ESPECIALLY the train station it was such a lifesaver when it came to taking all our luggage’s to head to the airport. Overall we fell in love with Mari’s place and decided to stay at her place when we visit next time! Mari and her team were so responsive and helpful sending guides to places to visit. Thank you so much!

숙소는 시내와 조금 멀리 있었지만 하루 정도 지나니 적응이 되었고 여러 번 일본에 왔지만 이번이 다양한 교통을 체험 할 수 있었어요 위치도 조용하고 차분한 전형적인 일본 주택가 입니다 이곳은 젊은 사람이 이용하면 좋지만 무릎이 불편한 분은 힘들어요 계단이 많아요 매우 청결하고 조용한 주택입니다 세탁도 매우 편리하고 건조기가 있어 아주 좋아요 오래 있어도 불편하지 않습니다 이곳에 정이 많이 들었네요. 편의점도 아주 가까워요 발 마사지도 했어요 보통입니다 감사했습니다 다음에 또 갈게요 안녕^^

Schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Sangenjaya. In der Umgebung des Hauses findet man viele Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen und Abends aus zu gehen. Das Haus bot genug Platz für uns drei. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab genügend Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Der Gastgeber reagiert immer äußert schnell auf Fragen und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Fazit: Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Akiyo provided great instructions to locate and access the Airbnb. It had everything we needed. There is a Lawson’s, 7/11 and the train station is a short distance away (~10 minutes). My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Miho is a spectacular host! The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family of 9. It was a perfect walking distance from Shibuya while also nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Miho was also very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. It was so simple! Miho also was very accommodating with proving a spot to store our luggage after check out for a few hours. They went above and beyond our expectations! If you are looking for wonderful place to stay near Shibuya look no further!! 🤩

성인 3명에서 지내기 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 시부야역 한 정거장에 위치해 있어서 좋고, 숙소 주변은 엄청 조용했습니다. 지하철역에서 도보 10분정도 거리고 평지라 그렇게 힘들지 않았고 주변에 바로 로손편의점, 세븐일레븐, 대형마트도 있습니다. 다음에도 오면 여기서 숙박하고 싶네요 !! 적극 추천합니다.

Besso was a great place to stay at. It was conveniently located and close to a train station for day trips, and with a lot food places around. The team was extremely helpful and accommodating , helping us get our luggage delivered. If you are planning a trip to Tokyo, highly recommend staying here.

Highly recommend! This was the perfect place for our family - we were looking for a private, roomy spot that was in a local Tokyo community and Shin’s place checked all the boxes!
