It was an accommodation in a residential area on the outskirts of Recco, the walk 👍🏻without slopes, busy traffic, shopping on the way to the apartment, … felt like a holiday destination preferred by Italians...beautiful hikes from Location from possible…close to the beach 20 minutes' walk… A beautiful authentic place where life also takes place outside of tourism...

We loved Andrea’s place. Six of us stayed and each had our own bed. The apartment is a great space, just what we needed as a base for a trip to the seaside. It’s very fresh and airy in the evening which is great for sleeping. You’re right in the middle of Sori, a very short walk to the beach so easy to go back and forth and plenty of bars and restaurants etc around. The parking space is a lifesaver when it’s busy in the summer. Would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect, very walkable and close to everything you could need, from cafes and shops to local attractions. The place itself was spotless and felt very comfortable and welcoming. The host left some focaccia, which was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful touch. Communication with the host was fantastic as well, they were super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

Stunning terrace view of the city and waterfront below, truly beautiful. The host met us at the train station and walked us to the place, we would not have found it otherwise. Recommend using the luggage service available, as the slope was a bit difficult for 65 year olds to manage our luggage. You must eat at the restaurant "Old School Cocktails and Food", just 20 meters from our entrance. We cancelled dining experiences elsewhere for this hometown and delicious Italian food/fellowship. The host was very responsive to a few minor issues, thank you Carolina for the wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Gianfranco’s place. The space was spotless and had all the stated equipment. The bed was comfortable (the pull-out sofa too), and we appreciated the fast Wi-Fi. The location was ideal — a 10-minute walk from both the station and the ferry dock, with numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Gianfranco was a fantastic host: communicative, friendly, and always available to respond to questions. He even took the time to inform us that a fireworks/drone show would be taking place on our second night there. We would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation and amenities as well as the location completely exceeded my expectations! I attach great importance to cleanliness and order, the accommodation, the furniture, the laundry and towels, everything was just perfect - like new! As if we were the first guests:) In addition, the hosts have thought of every single detail, the apartment has everything you need. Not to mention the design and tasteful little things, everything is very warmly furnished: all this makes this stay my best experience on Airbnb! Thank you for everything! We'll be back for sure!

Our stay was completely successful! Communication with Elisa was super easy and pleasant – we felt well taken care of from the beginning. The house was exactly as described: clean, cozy and well equipped. We especially liked the beautiful garden and the well-equipped kitchen – perfect for cooking something delicious yourself. Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality much more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic to escape the ordinary and be active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Erika is very friendly and does her best to satisfy us: very clean and nicely decorated accommodation, functional with all the necessities, full of food and small touches, recommendations about everything that can be done in Genoa and in the surroundings, remains super available according to our needs, etc... Very nice to return to this quiet and green environment after being in the city. We traveled by bus and subway, leaving the car in the space reserved for it, it was very easy. Leaving the accommodation, we ventured into the hills taking a road indicated by Erika in front of the nearby restaurant, the view of the green hills, Genoa and the sea is superb.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect stay for a couple of days, very quiet and a clean and slightly quirky apartment. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the bedroom really are steep; we came down backwards and couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. Having said that the room was lovely and airy. We enjoyed the walk down into Camolgli but it is a bit of a hike back up.! Loved the bonus of the local open air swimming pool and super friendly staff.

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund - Focaccia - was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 N.B. Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

We had a wonderful time at the Olive Press Lodge - unfortunately too short. The property is so beautiful and lovingly maintained, we were happy to come "home" every evening. We were received very kindly and openly by Thomas and he always had an open ear in the days that followed, had valuable tips and was helpful - in a pleasant, unobtrusive way. We appreciated that they lived next door, we felt at home and welcome. The house itself has everything you need, you can immediately feel comfortable and at home. We also had rainy days and enjoyed that it is so spacious and so cozy inside. The olive groves around it and the beautiful garden, which, like everything, is lovingly designed and maintained down to the last detail, complete the whole thing wonderfully. For us, it was all around perfect and I highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful time!

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even reserved them for us. The place was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. Very nice accommodation with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise vacationers and in the event of any problems. Really perfect. We'll be happy to go back. 😍

Maura was lovely, a great host: attentive and thoughtful. We felt right at home. The apartment has all the comforts for a good rest. The kitchen is very well equipped. It's a spacious apartment. It is true that it does not have much natural light or views, but it is quiet and pleasant. The location is very central. Everything is close.

We were so lucky that we could book Silvia's gorgeous place last minute. She was responsive, lively, and full interesting information upon our arrival. We were in awe about the flat bubbling of history and past centuries. We visited towns along the Italian and French Riviera during our vacation, and Rapallo was truly our favourite place. It had a vibe that is hard to explain in words, and we felt so at home there. Massimo’s apartment was in the heart of the town, with lively shops and restaurants all around. It was also very easy to access other areas for sightseeing via train or ferry. The location is highly recommended if you want to visit Cinque Terre, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, etc. The apartment was just down the street from the train station, and it was very clean, with bright beachy decor. The windows were quite soundproof, and we really didn’t hear much street noise when the windows were closed. The host met us upon arrival, and it was an easy check in experience. Many thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at Enrico's. It is very central to the beach , restaurants and only 15 minutes walk from the station. Would definitely recommend.
