Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sestri Levante

My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos notamment la vue et les terrasses. Nos hôtes ont été extrêmement accueillants et très réactifs.

Michele hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, wir hatten sogar einen gratis Fahrservice zum Bahnhof um in den Nationalpark zu fahren, incl. Beratung. Er hat uns sehr gute Restaurants empfohlen und sogar für reserviert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und er ist sehr bemüht um jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auch weiter empfehlen. Daumen hoch, herzlichen Dank Michele 👌🏼🥂

È stata una bellissima esperienza, in una casa che dire perfetta è dire poco: parcheggio privato, casa fornitissima di tutto, molto pulita, silenziosa, un ottimo materasso, anche la possibilità di mangiare fuori grazie ad un terrazzino privato. Il tutto inserito nel contesto del piccolo paese di Pitelli, una frazione a 8 km da La Spezia, che dispone di un ottimo supermarket, una pizzeria, un circolo Arci, una macelleria ed anche una farmacia! Tutto a 3/4 minuti massimo a piedi da casa. Posizione invidiabile, servizio da parte dell'host impeccabile e attento alle nostre esigenze: non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Utsikten från terassen var magisk! Något enstaka mygg tittade fram efter solnedgången men var ej till besvär. Väl inomhus hade värdarna säkrat upp med myggnät för alla fönster och dörrar. AC både uppe och nere var en välkommen lyx. Köket har allt du behöver. Vår upplevelse införlivades fullt ut mot vad som beskrivits i text och bilder. Bra att få tillgång till parkeringen nedanför lägenheten men precis som i övriga Italien är det trågt, tidvis mycket trångt då parkeringsdiciplinen inte är den bästa. Det finns rymligare parkeringsalternativ längre upp (max 4 min promenad) från lägenheten som är att föredra. Kan absolut rekommendera lägenheten. Värdparet är mycket tillmötesgående och kom med bra tips om andra aktiviteter (då det fanns risk för tågstrejk en av dagagarna vi befann oss där).

Excellent séjour à Perzetti! Notre hôte Alessandra a gentiment accepté de nous accueillir avant l'heure officielle d'arrivée dans le logement. C'est une hôte accueillante et toujours très réactive dans la communication. La maison est quant à elle pleine de charme, très bien équipée et très confortable. La petite terrasse privative avec vue sur les montagnes est vraiment agréable. Nous avions également une place de stationnement dans la propriété et accès au jardin. L'environnement est très apaisant et la maison calme et reposante. Encore merci à Alessandra pour son hospitalité !

Wunderbare Tage an herrlicher Lage mit einer extrem sympathischer Gastgeberin. Genuss pur, auch das Ambiente ist unglaublich toll. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Pina was the most beautiful host! We felt like family visiting, she was so helpful with our small kiddies. Her place was bigger than we expected and so central, a 5 minute walk to the train station to visit the Cinque Terre’s. Would absolutely stay again! Parking was such a bonus too!

Wir haben uns bei Lorella sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Sehr komfortabel waren die Klimaanlage und die Rollläden an den Fenstern. Dadurch konnte unser Kleinkind sehr gut und lange schlafen. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen. Wir konnten das Auto stehen lassen und alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Zug unternehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt um die Ecke oder gegenüber. Lavagna selbst ist nicht ganz so groß und hat eine nette kleine Innenstadt. Uns hat es gefallen, dass es nicht zu laut und zu lebhaft war. Nach Chiavari sind es ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß, was sich mit einem schönen Spaziergang verbinden lässt. Wir durften einen sehr schönen und unkomplizierten Urlaub in Lorellas Wohnung verbringen. Vielen Dank, dass wir dort zu Gast sein durften.

Franc made us feel very welcome in this cosy Airbnb. It is easy walking distance to the train-station which is a real bonus in this area. You really feel the vibe of the location and is in a great position to do all the fantastic walks using the local C.T pass ticket. Franc was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. We would love to go back if possible. Wee note. - if using a mobile phone for communication during travelling you loose communication regularly with all the tunnels so best to make arrangements before you get on the train.

We really enjoyed the apartment next to the bell tower overlooking the harbor. Marco is one of the good hosts on this platform. You can tell he put a lot of thoughtful effort into preparing it for guests.

Nicola and Greta were great. They personally walked us to the Airbnb and talked us through all the necessary information related to our location. We would definitely stay here again.

Marco’s place is the perfect for a La Spezia stay. It’s just a short and easy walk from the train station. The directions were clear and step-by-step instructions were beyond helpful. The apartment is very tidy and far more spacious than the pictures let up. We were a group of 4 adults and one child and were able to walk around freely without feeling crammed. The washer was also very useful. We couldn’t figure out if it was a washer/dryer combo, but there is ample space in the back to hang dry clothes. Marco had stocked some treats which were much appreciated, especially during rushed mornings to make excursions. We were a bit surprised by the bed situation. There are in fact two double beds, but one of them is in the living room (sofa bed) while the remaining bedroom has two twin beds. Overall it worked out and we would stay here again and recommend it as a place for friends and family visiting the area. It was our favorite place of our entire trip!

This place is quaint, authentic and makes you feel right at home. It was the most comfortable and I-feel-like-a-local-esque Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Federicas home made my trip to Europe actually sink in and feel real. She so kindly offers her actual home for people to stay in to truly enjoy their trip to Genoa. Marta, Federica’s cohost, was the host kind and welcoming and warm presence as she let us in and gave us the grand tour. I cannot recommend this spot enough. Wonderful location, authentic homey vibes, and wonderful people. 10/10

Die Unterkunft von Sara ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll im Vintage-Stil eingerichtet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Vom Bahnhof, der nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist, sind wir bequem Richtung Cinque Terre gestartet. Eine tolle Basis für Ausflüge und zum Entspannen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Fabiana est une hôte adorable, au petit soin, très gentille, de belles attentions … Bref une très belle personne ! Nous étions avec notre fils de deux mois, et elle a tout fait pour que l’on se sente bien. Le logement est idéalement placé, avec la belle place juste à côté, la plage à 5 minutes à pieds. De plus, nous avons une carte de résidence pour se garer, un vrai plaisir ! Nous recommandons la Grotta Azzura pour découvrir cette magnifique région en toute tranquillité !

Marco a été parfait du début à la fin. Il a su nous proposer de nombreux endroits dans le village et la maison était parfaite. La vue de la terrasse : incroyable. Tout était très propre et le petit déjeuner très bon.

Cristina and Gianpiero’s place is the perfect stay for exploring Cinque Terre! The room is spacious and adorable with a great seaview, and the bathroom is well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were so many thoughtful details that really made our stay exceptional, not to mention the delicious breakfast we enjoyed each morning. They are extremely kind and friendly hosts and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Sarah's place is clean, comfortable, and located in the middle of lush green. Yard is full of big lemon trees, olive trees, and flowers like roses and lavenders. They also have hens who provides us breakfast 🥚 Sarah is super friendly. Don't miss her lemon jam! Walking distance from a super market called Sigma.

Wir waren fünf Nächte in der Unterkunft von Roberto und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer (Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad) waren sehr sauber und wurden sogar jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Villa hat einen wunderschönen Flair und liegt in einer ruhigen und idyllischen Gegend. Das süße Frühstück, welches in Form eines kleinen Buffets angeboten wurde, war sehr lecker. Es wurde jeden Tag Gebäck (welches variierte), Joghurt, Müsli, frisches Obst, Marmelade und Zopf aufgetischt und wir bekamen auch jeden Tag hausgemachten Kuchen, den uns Antonietta (die Frau von Roberto) serviert hat. Die Familie wohnt auch in der Unterkunft und war sehr nett und sympathisch und hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Sie gaben uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und ermöglichten uns, den im Ort liegenden Tennisplatz kostenlos nutzen zu können. Zusammengefasst haben wir uns bei Roberto und Antonietta sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen.

We had a lovely stay! Breakfast was a total highlight, it was delivered to our balcony every morning to enjoy! Raffaelle was extremely responsive and helpful, we felt right at home. It should be noted, if you are going to make the walk from the train station to the hotel with luggage, take the route a car would take, NOT the walk your phone will tell you. It is only stairs and gravel for 10 minutes straight, it’s nearly impossible to haul your luggage up. Lastly, the beds were SUPER comfortable and the AC was a much needed plus at this time of year. It was exactly what we needed and the hospitality exceeded expectations, totally recommend.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Giuliana in Lerici. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, und für den Check In wurden wir vom Parkplatz abgeholt. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der belebten Strandpromenade und dem Meer und auch ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe. Und obwohl man in einer belebten Umgebung wohnt hört man abends auf dem Zimmer kein Lärm von draußen. Wir haben noch eine ganz tolle Strandempfehlung bekommen und waren jederzeit mit Wasser, Kaffee und Snacks versorgt. Giuliana ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank
