Our newly built vacation home "Casa Via dell'Acqua" (year 2023), is located on the edge of a small valley with ample space in the middle of nature among olive trees and citrus trees typical of Sicily. It is about 3 km from the sea and the fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena. The view falls on the mountains of the "Pizzo Cane" nature reserve (you can hike) and you can glimpse the sea. Next to the house is another vacation home of my mother's ideal for +4 people.

Casa Villea - Big terrace with sea view

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

The house has four double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower, extra a fourth outdoor bathroom near the pool area. The strength points of the villa are the lounge bar and the external kitchen with barbecue and wooden oven for making unforgattable italian pizzas! Ideal for who loves relax, elegance and comfort.

The villa is located in a beautiful sea area on the northern coast of Sicily, halfway between Palermo and Cefalù, the ideal base for visiting the most important tourist attractions of western Sicily. The house is for 6 people. Wi-Fi and free parking.

The Lemon Garden

The house is located within an estate planted with olive trees and citrus groves, ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature without giving up the conveniences of a town. On the approximately 10-hectare estate, there are two Corso dogs accustomed to roaming and interacting with guests. If you're not comfortable with dogs, this is not the accommodation for you. The pool is shared with my family and will be accessible starting in May.

Our property is strategically located for visiting Sicily, 20 km from Palermo and 34 km from Cefalù, the sea is about 3 km away. The Mandorlo apartment has a large balcony overlooking the sea.
