Waterfront vacation rentals in Sérignan

The apartment located on the 4th floor is very new (2024) and modern, it has air conditioning in the main room as well as in the bedroom. There is a terrace with a small sea view on the side. The covered parking on Level 1 of the building is very convenient (but the signs to access the elevator are very poorly indicated) for info, you have to take the door that is right next to parking space No. 128. A beautiful sandy beach is 100 m from the apartment and a Carrefour City is just down the street from the residence and allows you to shop without needing to use your vehicle. Valras Loc was always responsive and pleasant from the beginning to the end of our stay. Only small thing to improve, the network and wifi code provided on our booking voucher did not work, we finally found the box that was in the closet and activated the wifi. We recommend this rental 100%. Kind regards

We stayed in Agde for 3 nights and had a great stay at the place! The views and surroundings are beautiful. There are many apartments on the promenade, but you can still find a quiet place on the beach. The bus is only 3 minutes away on foot. The apartment is very lovingly furnished - we felt immediately comfortable. Caroline and Benoit sent us a very clear and professional guide in advance, which included everything from check-in to recommendations for activities. So we were able to prepare for the stay. We'll be back.

VERY WELL LOCATED ACCOMMODATION WITH A SUPERB VIEW, 3RD FLOOR BUT WITH VERY CONVENIENT ELEVATOR, WASHING MACHINE AND DISHWASHER THE BEST FOR THE HOLIDAYS, THE GREAT AIR CONDITIONING, THE PERFECT AND CLEAN BEDDING, SMALL BEMOL THE SHOWER CUBICLE A LITTLE SMALL FOR A PERSON WITH A SURPOID, AND SECOND BEMOL MISSING PARKING SPACE I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO GIVE 35 E TO THE AGENCY AND HAVE A PLACE.

Brilliant accommodation right opposite the beach with great facilities. The location is perfect, just across road to the beach. Also a few mins walk to the main square where all the restaurants and shops are. The garage was great, we managed to fit a Renault Traffic in it with the garage door left open. Also really useful was a store cupboard in the lobby where you can put all your beach gear such as umbrellas, chairs, buckets and spades. And the garden shower was such a good idea so you can wash off after the beach and not bring sand into the apartment. Aircon in bedrooms really help too.

Isabella’s apartment was exactly what we wanted for 8 nights in Sete. Perfect location in the centre of the town with a wonderful view of the canal from the third floor balcony (the lift was very welcome!), excellent air conditioning and just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars anyone could wish for. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a couple wanting a central location in this wonderful, wonderful town.

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you are on the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, crib, toys..). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioners in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is within walking distance 30 min (easy) but not very close.

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely apartment. The location is really top: quiet location and with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is completely as described – everything was present and the photos completely match the reality. The underground parking lot is a convenient extra. We stayed here with our child and that went perfect. There was a cot and high chair available, and the apartment is child-friendly: our child could not escape anywhere. In short, highly recommended. We will definitely come back here again!

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

We came as a group of 7 for a bachelorette party and had a great time at the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The outside is as nice as the inside. The house is spotless and the services offered match reality. Thank you again for this warm welcome! We recommend this property.

We spent some very nice days at Emmanuelle's house. Emmanuelle welcomed us in a friendly way and also had lots of tips and recommendations for our vacation days. The little cottage is perfectly equipped. We didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, you can reach many excursion destinations quickly and easily. If you don't want to go on an excursion, the spacious terrace invites you to chill. I can fully recommend Emmanuelle. Dear Emmanuelle, Thank you very much for your friendly and uncomplicated manner. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great time at Isabelle and Charly's. They are very attentive and do their utmost to make the vacation as enjoyable as possible. Special mention for Isabelle and the delicious sacristains!!! The studio, with pool views, is beautiful, very clean and well decorated. The private patio is great for outdoor dining while being sheltered... We have not yet finished exploring the Thau basin region and we will definitely return to Mèze.

We had a great time at Corinne's place. The accommodation is well located, we did everything on foot. Dog-friendly beach access minutes away. Convenient accommodation with a dog (fenced). A plus for the secure parking space. Corinne was a great host, very kind and attentive.

As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment, ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure for cooking or simply enjoying. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, a real little slice of heaven for a relaxing vacation.
