Monthly Rentals in Serdarlı

We preferred Mr. Ferhat's house during our trip and were extremely satisfied; we received very quick answers to all our questions and had no problems. The house was in a very nice, decent and spacious place as a neighborhood. There was no sound, it was a place to relax. Of course, it is definitely necessary to rent a car for transportation to the city centers. Before the rzv in Mr. Ferhat, he answered all our questions and guided us in a very good way, so everything was as expected. The house was fully equipped as well as supplies, we had easy access to everything we needed. Other than that, the house was just a little dusty, and there was no oil for cooking. Other than that, there were no things like tablets for the dishwasher. These are just minor details I wanted to mention. Other than that, everything was very nice, thank you very much Mr. Ferhat. We had a very nice stay.

It was very clean and convenient, the beds were newly sparkling clean. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The host was a very friendly person, he conveyed all the information about the region to us, his advice was very important, thank you very much for everything, when we go to Cyprus, we will not have a place to stay other than him.

Kerim & Canan were amazing. They were super friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Providing local knowledge, suggestions and more. The house is well equipped and spacious, perfect for teenagers to hide away in when they wanted. The outdoor area provides a great balance of sun and shade. There are even a choice of places to get together for meals. The one thing we had not expected was just how warm the house would be. Needing to keep doors closed so wildlife does not get in meant no breeze to cool rooms. AC overnight and when cooking was a must. Overall a fantastic getaway spot and one that we would recommend.

Highly recommended! I had a great time at this thoughtfully designed, spotless studio in a newly built complex. It felt like home, thanks in large part to Monica’s helpful, proactive, and clear guidance. The property features a lovely pool, beach access, and a well-equipped gym. There's a supermarket just around the corner, and it's a perfect base for exploring Northern Cyprus. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay.
