About 500 meters away, it has all the amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, bank, bars, etc. A few meters away you enter the O Corgo tourist complex, with numerous hiking trails, municipal swimming pools and different nautical and sports activities. Very nice apartment with great views of the mountains. Just in case, there would be the oven - we didn't need it. But the bright living room with either open or closed glass front is simply the hit. Very tranquil place in a special village. Good starting point for outdoor activities. If you like rural Portugal in the mountains, this is the place to be!

We spent 3 nights at Belen's apartment and everything was wonderful. It is a beautiful apartment, completely renovated in an authentic village, with a large terrace and a unique view. Belen gave us many recommendations for eating and for thermal tourism, which is one of the most notable attractions in the region. Everything is very handy and we are already thinking of repeating. A ten-star apartment and stay!

Great place to forget everyday life. A modern house on old foundations, the stream flows underneath, you can see it through the glass bottom cutout in the floor. The rushing waterfall is omnipresent, also visible through the large panoramic windows. If you are sure on your feet, you can climb into the river above the waterfall (beware of a few thorny branches here and there) and swim against the current until the fresh temperature forces you to turn back. But you can also cool off in the fresh pool at any time. The Internet is also very relaxed, so you can get back to reading books and forget the world outside. The neighboring village of Taide can be hiked in a good 30 minutes. The restaurant "Tasquinha do Povo" was an experience, loving hospitality, delicious sardines, fresh homemade flatbread and then seduced by the locals at the neighboring table to a local wine. It was a great experience for us.
