Had a great stay at Ahmads place, place was very spacious and clean and he supplied more than the usual one 1 roll of toilet paper, or 1 garbage bag and multiple towels and blankets and pillows. He really thinks ahead or goes by what he would want if he was renting. the outside is very deceiving, the inside is wonderful, airy, spacious l, and well decorated. our pup LOVED the fully fenced in yard and all of the space. the local squirrels kept her on her toes as the scampered amongst the trees. Across the street is a lovely little park, the has cranes, who also had their babies with them, it was very cute to watch them. Will look to rent again.

The Host is very responsive, he is very helpful and respond to your need right away. The location is beautiful and private with a little touch of a Lake in the backyard, so peaceful. There is several thing inside the house need to be upgrade, but other than that it is a best place to stay for a large group.

This home was absolutely perfect for a family or like we did a friend gathering. Everyone knows as adults it’s very hard to coordinate meetups and this home made it such a special time that we actually stayed in it more than leaving! Was stocked with everything possibly needed. The backyard was absolutely beautiful so we stayed out there more than not. The neighborhood was close to everything you might need. Grocery stores, liquor stores, shopping. 18 minutes away from downtown orlando, and about 30 minutes away from everything else! ubers were all under $30 going anywhere.

We enjoyed our stay at Katie’s place; it felt like home away from home. She’s very kind and quick to respond to any questions you may have. However, the questions are few because she thought of almost everything you will need. The home is clean and beautiful and looks just like the photos. Any time we are visiting family again, without a doubt, Katie’s place will be our only choice if it’s available. She also allowed us to check-in early. Thanks again Katie!!!

Lauren’s place was absolutely gorgeous! Loved the large kitchen and ample seating for a very large family. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and the river was the highlight! It was so peaceful sitting on the dock enjoying the scenery. The location is close to stores and plenty of things to do! And it only 40 minutes to Orlando! We had the best time and will definitely recommend Lauren’s home!

Margie’s house was perfect as me and my fiance to shop around the area while we consider moving to Florida. We wanted to know what life would be like living outside of Orlando, and her place was great for that. The house was clean, perfect location, and right what we needed

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. Very comfortable stay. Was our first trip with our newborn. Everything was very simple and easy checkin. Place was very compatible for our two small dogs and infant. Definitely would come back.

Real nice home and real close to the Sanford airport if you’re coming in from out of town

This was the perfect place for me to stay while visiting family in Sanford! Loved that it was close to the lake and to downtown. Could easily walk to coffee shops in the mornings and take walks along beautiful Lake Monroe! The place was plenty big and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if available!

Working with Isabela, was easy. The place was perfect for our needs. Beautiful, easy access to local attractions. Would highly recommend.

The condo was very easy to find with ample covered parking. We found the condo-community to be a very family friendly, quiet place to stay. The condo was very clean as were the common areas. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy with clear, easy-to-read instructions. The condo is also a very easy walk to a convivence store and restaurants. This will be top on our list for future visits to New Smyrna Beach.

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

Marc’s place was truly a one of a kind! Really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Place was perfect!

Fantastic and Wonderful! This place has by far been the best!

My family and I had a great stay at Larissa and Rosely’s place. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and nicely updated decor. It was walkable to groceries, restaurants and shops. It was close to the pools which were great for cooling off and the onsite bar had full selection of drinks and great food options. We stayed for an event at the convention center and was a quick drive, but also walkable using the walking path. It was very convenient. Larissa and Rosely were very responsive to any questions I had and made us feel very welcomed during our stay.

The place was really nice and comfortable inside. On top of that it’s extremely close to many restaurants and made it very convenient going to Universal. It’s an Amazing spot to stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone.

Will definitely be staying here again! Absolutely perfect for the week I was there and what I needed it for. Place was very clean. The balcony was perfect to see the night fireworks around Orlando or just drink my coffee in the morning. Great host and co host!
