Leah was a great host and very responsive. The house was great for me and my family while traveling for work. Awesome location in great neighborhood. I felt safe for my family while at work during the day. The pool area was great and the accommodations were suitable for our family. My 3 children had a blast and they had enough room to space out when necessary. Thanks Leah again for our stay and being a great host.

Very nice inside and spacious backyards closed in games for the children and family to do lots of beds I like that you can shut the master door and everybody can still get to the bathroom as a huge thing for me.

Loida was an amazing person to speak with. Resolved any and all issues promptly and with great grace. I would definitely stay here again if and when I am in the area again!

The Blue Villa was an absolutely wonderful accommodation! From check in to check out, there was easy access, immediate responses to communications, peaceful neighborhood, great restaurants near by, leading to a fantastic stay. We would definitely return!

Booked the house for the heated pool, backyard, open kitchen and bright dining area overlooking the backyard... we were not disappointed. The pictures definitely represent the house. The heated pool was adjusted to just the right temp; the backyard was open, spacious and private; the kitchen had updated appliances with an open floor plan and plenty of countertop space; and the bright dining area off the kitchen overlooking the backyard had large clean windows. While the house was larger than our needs in terms of occupancy, the things we wanted and enjoyed were worth the upgrade. Laura was also very responsive to any questions we asked or concerns we had.

This home was absolutely perfect for a family or like we did a friend gathering. Everyone knows as adults it’s very hard to coordinate meetups and this home made it such a special time that we actually stayed in it more than leaving! Was stocked with everything possibly needed. The backyard was absolutely beautiful so we stayed out there more than not. The neighborhood was close to everything you might need. Grocery stores, liquor stores, shopping. 18 minutes away from downtown orlando, and about 30 minutes away from everything else! ubers were all under $30 going anywhere.

I fully recommend staying in this beautiful and charming home. Our host Nicolas was amazing and he made us feel right at home. The place is very peaceful and at the same full of positive energies. 5 stars all the way!

Grear stay!!! We were extremely surprised when we walked in the door. It was exactly as the photographs. The airbnb was very clean. We did encounter a few flies in the airbnb but my son was able to get rid of them. I texted the hosts and they responded right away. They were apologetic and assured me that it had never happened before and would look into it. The very next day, they sent someone to try to figure out the problem. I believe it was because the garbage bin was next to the airbnb. Once it was moved over to the other side, we did not experience anymore flies. The airbnb was closed to Full Sail University, where my son did a one week summer program. It was also very close to grocery stores and restaurants. I was able to buy groceries and at times get them delivered. I was able to cook in there two range burner which was my number one reason for staying at an airbnb instead of a hotel. The airb had the pots, pans, and dishes. I did not rent a car and the Uber service was great.

King G. was a real gracious host if we ever go back to Florida I'll see you about staying with him again. I have made the mistake of saying there was just 1 guest when there was really 4 of us and it was not an issue at all. The house was spotless the beds were comfortable and the back porch overlooked a pretty Lake. Love to hear the sounds of Florida.

Rented Claudia's place for close friend who are a missionary family of 5 that were visiting us. I was very happy to find this house for them so they would have their own space with their 3 children (10-15 yrs old), and still be close to us. My friend messaged that, " it was a fabulous stay, clean, great location, quiet. Very comfortable beds." And when talking to her before they left she said that she wished they had more time to stay and see more of the local area. Claudia was a great host and very accommodating when arranging this and during their stay. I will always choose the option of renting one of her properties when we have friends or family coming to visit when it is a couple of a family.

Kaitlyn had the appartment ready for me on only 3 hours notice after i drove from Idaho. Amazoned me some extra supplies my first day as well. It was perfect for me and my doggie, the side yard was great to let her just hang out outside. Was very clean and had everything i needed. I would have stayed much longer had it been closer to my sisters house. Very happy. 😀

I would like to say that we enjoyed our stay at Nicole's. It was very pleasant, ideal location for the function that I was attending and the area. I was visiting for my college graduation, that was located only about 15 minutes away. The restaurants and nightlife is really good and fair priced. Nicole's house was really clean, and everything was exactly how she described. There was absolutely no hiccups from check in until check out. I highly recommend anyone to stay here, and I know I will in the future. Thanks Nicole!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for the 7 people we had in our family. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and friendly! We will definitely be back if we come for another baseball tournament. Thank you!

We were so excited for our week celebrating our son’s wedding. The house was perfect for our family (4 adults and 2 toddlers). The pool was a bonus for the hot summer days and the outdoor blackstone was a pleasure to bbq on. The house was equipped with items for the littles (pack-n-play, high chair, outdoor chalk and pool toys). We will definitely be staying here again.

This was the best place I’ve stayed at thus far❣️. Not only did I feel right at home, but the place was clean, I mean spot less, well appointed, and the host was extremely responsive. Christie did it right, she thought of everything and didn’t cut corners like I’ve seen in other properties. I was impressed with this rental, worth every $. I will definitely book again. I wish I could have extended my stay at this property because I stayed in town an additional week but it was booked. Excellent stay. The best in this area

My family and me recently had the pleasure of staying in this cozy and warm house, and it was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect spot for our family trip to Florida. The house was exactly as described - cozy, clean and incredible welcoming. From the moment we walked in, felt right at home. The interior was thoughtfully decorated with charming, rustic touches and soft lighting that created an inviting atmosphere. This Airbnb had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip, from a well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals, to spacious bedrooms and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout. The bedrooms were comfortable with soft linens and plenty of blankets in case is needed. The living space was just the right size for us, to chill and relax. But what we loved the most was the patio – it was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind in the evenings after a day out. Santiago, the host went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

The townhome was clean and in a safe neighborhood! It was stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The beds and couches were comfy, which is a big plus as well! Grace was quick to respond when we had questions and was super friendly!
