Villa vacation rentals in Selva di Fasano

We were 3 friends that stayed 5 nights and it was the perfect size for us. The home is very clean and charming with beautiful surroundings. The hosts greeted us warmly upon arriving with sweet welcome gifts and explanations of the home and have a book of recommendations for the area. The home has an alarm system that was a bit challenging to work at first but eventually got the hang of it which was a nice feature. It is closer to Cisternino than Ostuni and you’ll definitely need a car as it is more remote from the towns. We had a couple challenges, but they were very quick to respond and come over within 10min to address anything we needed help with which was amazing (even very late at night). Overall, a beautiful, clean, quiet place to stay with really lovely and helpful hosts.

Amazing location and apartment , nothing can be better than this place in Polignano. I recommend it 💯!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. I don’t even know where to begin because everything was fabulous. We had the best time and we already want to come back! The setting is stunning, the house is pristine, and the location is great. You are removed from the towns but it’s well located and you can do a lot of day trips to other towns and beaches. We felt guided the whole way from booking until leaving. The Monholiday team are responsive, quick and knowledgeable - if they didn't know, they made extra effort to find out. They are always on hand to help with questions and are helpful at giving directions to whatever you need to know. It's great that Italy recycle. Francesco and the team will tell you exactly what to do and what needs to go where. Francesco came to take the rubbish away one day when we had a query about the washing machine - all resolved and complete. If there aren't enough recycle bags, they will deliver. Arturo met us on arrival, friendly, polite and provides excellent customer service. You feel a part of the team as they are with you every step of your journey. The property is exactly as shown in the photos. The separate apartment upstairs has a wrap around terrace with views to the sea or mountains. It is worth taking Arturo up on the offer of a spare set of keys when he mentions this on arrival.

Siamo stati nel bel trullo di Antonia quasi tre settimane, ed è stato un soggiorno bellissimo. Il trullo è ampio e fornito di tutti i servizi, fra cui, caso raro, anche la lavastoviglie. Lo spazio all'aperto, molto ampio, è delizioso. Immerso nel verde della splendida campagna intorno a Monopoli, è in una posizione ideale per raggiungere molte cittadine storiche e costiere della Valle d'Itria e della provincia di Bari. Antonia ci ha assistito in modo esemplare e con spirito amichevole, e ci ha fornito preziosi consigli sulle attrattive della zona, sui posti dove mangiare, ecc.

Für uns als Familie war Eddas Haus die perfekte Basis für Ausflüge in Apulien. Das Haus ist sehr schön etwas abseits der Hauptstraße gelegen. Man kann morgens die Sonne auf der Terrasse genießen und zum Essen, Spielen und Unterhalten gibt es einen Wintergarten, sowie eine überdachte Terrasse. Das vorhandene ältere Gebäude wurde sehr stilvoll in die neuen Gebäudeteile integriert. In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. In der Nähe (ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto) ist die Stadt Carovigno, wo man morgens frische Brötchen bekommt und auch sonst alles was man braucht. Man kann Ausflüge zu allen wichtigen Zielen in Apulien unternehmen (Lecce, Bari, Ostuni, Alberobello und viele kleine Ortschaften). Edda ist super nett und hat uns immer mit guten Tipps versorgt.

Words aren’t adequate to describe this magnificent villa set in groves of oranges and olives. It is so peaceful with plenty of outside decks and spaces. The host has thought of so many ways to ensure his guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. His information about restaurants, things to do, and places to see was so helpful. The location is perfect for easy access to roads that take you to nearby sights and villages. We are adventurers and he was able to provide us with much useful advice and direction. We loved this place!

I highly recommend staying at this property when visiting Puglia. It is central to many interesting towns, vineyards, and so on, and is a great place to relax and spend family time as we did. Each bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom so each group of my family that visited with us had their own private spaces. The shared common rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The outdoor spaces are tremendous as well, between the lounge chairs and dining tables, pool, BBQ, and large lawn full of olive and other fruit trees. The pool isn’t heated but was warm enough from the sun in mind-May for us to take a dip. I also highly recommend the Trulli and Dimore company! Their team was very responsive throughout our stay and quick to offer help when we needed it with specifics about the house or local recommendations. We look forward to staying at one of their properties again!

Our host Angelo was very kind, helpful and quick to respond to our messages. He suggested local stores and restaurants and we enjoyed them immensely. We look forward to returning to Puglia next year.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Masseria war einfach toll! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Masseria selbst ist ein echtes Juwel – wunderschön restauriert, mit liebevollen Details und einem unglaublichen Charme. Die Lage ist traumhaft: Umgeben von Olivenhainen und weitläufiger Natur, konnten wir herrlich abschalten und die Ruhe genießen. Gleichzeitig ist es der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die Schönheiten der Region zu entdecken. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit wertvollen Insider-Tipps zu den besten Restaurants, Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir können die Masseria jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, der eine authentische und erholsame Zeit in Apulien erleben möchte. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Erfahrung. Wir kommen wieder :)

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

Such a lovely home with a nice garden, plus grapes you can literally pick off the vine and eat. Eight of us fit comfortably and really enjoyed our stay. We were only 10-30 min away from a lot of the surrounding towns (Monopoli, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare) which made it easy to take quick day trips using our rental cars. Kirstin and Mira were very welcoming and responsive. Would stay here again!

We had an amazing holiday at Vincenzo’s villa! The villa was perfect for a big group of 13 friends, with all of the rooms being spacious doubles with en suites. The outdoor kitchen was great as was the pool area, and halfway through our stay Vincenzo installed a volleyball court! The villa was also a good walking distance into Ostuni, so really a perfect location - we had an incredible holiday!

We had a fantastic stay at Paul‘s house. The property is really spacious and is in reality even larger than it feels on the pictures. There is also quite a impressive view over the countryside and actually a lot more seaview than we expected. We were two families with 4-year old children and we had ample space together in the house and each family could enjoy a lot of private space as well. The kids loved to explore the garden and the pool. Paul was super proactive and helpful before our arrival and throughout the whole stay. We chose this place due to its heated pool and Paul even kept us up to date on the pool temperature multiple times before our arrival. Also, there is Domenico, the local helper, living in the neighboring town. He came to great us and was available on request if any help was required with the facilities. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Off the beaten track but not too far to get to some of the gorgeous towns in Pulgia! We had a lovely stay at Jerome’s, it was so peaceful and we lived swims in the pool. Jerome was very responsive! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property

Posto tranquillo e vicino al paese di Putignano . Tutto perfetto, Rosa è molto disponibile e gentile. Sicuramente consigliato.

Daniele’s home is wonderful. The location is lovely, the house is clean and perfectly ready to accommodate guests ready to enjoy Puglia. He is very responsive, helpful, full of lovely recommendations. The house looks exactly like the pictures, I would absolutely recommend for a holiday!

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour, les photos ressemblent totalement à la villa. La villa est neuve et magnifique, nous sommes d’ailleurs étonnés d’avoir trouvé une location de ce type tellement nous nous y sommes plus! N’hésitez pas foncer! (En plus il y a un Lidl à deux minutes en voiture pour le petit déjeuner et courses!)

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Gegend sehr genossen. Es gibt viele Wiesen und Plantagen in einem bunten Mix in direktem Umfeld. Auch die Trulli stehen wirklich überall. Die Anreise erfolgt an eine andere Adresse als die in Airbnb angegebene, was aber durchaus vorteilhaft ist ein Rurales Erlebnis, wie wir es lieben. Da wir Samstag angereist sind, waren wir sehr froh, dass der Kühlschrank bereits für ein komplettes Frühstück gefüllt war. Das war eine sehr angenehme Überraschung. :) Die Küche ist mit allen möglichen Utensilien ausgestattet, wenn man auch mal selbst kochen möchte. Das erwähne ich deshalb, da meistens irgendetwas fehlt, hier aber nicht :) Das bei der Kaffeemaschine das Wasser auch aus anderen Löchern läuft, haben wir schnell in den Griff gekriegt. Also alles in allem Tipi topi!

We arrived at Stefania’s villa late in the evening, we received all the instructions about the keys,road and etc..Stefania is a wonderful owner,very comfortable. She provided us all the answers for our questions, recommendations to the sight-seeing, restaurants,fruits shops…Her mama is an amazing person, gave us fresh fruits. I can say only one thing-if you on car, don’t think, choose this wonderful villa and it would be unforgettable time!

Absolutely loved out stay in this classic trullo. The pool was amazing, the inside was modern with everything you need but felt authentic with beautiful grounds and a great location for exploring many places. Highly recommend!

Borgo Santa Marta è un angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde delle campagne di Noci. Ha superato anche le nostre aspettative grazie a spazi interni comodi, pulitissimi e finemente ristrutturati con arredamento di design, rispettando allo stesso tempo la “storia” tipica dei trulli. Gli spazi esterni sono il pezzo forte, dove potersi rilassare, mangiare o fare un tuffo nella splendida piscina o vasca idromassaggio con gli amici. Marta cura tutto nei minimi dettagli, ci ha dato tante informazioni utili sempre con il sorriso e la passione che la contraddistinguono e ci ha riempito di accortezze come cialde per il caffè o acqua in ogni stanza (per nulla scontati). Consigliatissimo per soggiorni con gli amici, ma anche in famiglia. Davvero super!!!
