Vacation rentals with a patio in Selce

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this paradise🥰. The apartment is in top condition and tastefully decorated as well as a nice balcony with a nice view of the sea(we saw dolphins one evening) Located in a good area with proximity to the sea/swimming, city center, shops and restaurants. Goran was very helpful when we had problems on the trip down. This didn't have to do with the listing but he helped us with it anyway. This just shows his great commitment to our stay being as good as possible. A big thank you for a great week and see you again.

Perfect beachfront accommodation and the city center is easily reachable on foot. The attentive host lives on the property and can always be reached.

Maria's place was one of the best apartments we rented. All appliances and furniture, - new; linen and towels, - perfectly clean. For cooking, the kitchen had everything you need from dishes, as well as spices, salt, sugar, olive oil and vinegar. The hostess's hospitality also exceeded our expectations: drinks, cookies were waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival, as well as figs and grapes. We also liked the fact that the place is on the hill: swimming in the sea and walking uphill went in favor, we built it. Unfortunately, it will be difficult for those people who have problems with their feet to climb uphill. But such a comfortable apartment is worth it. Very good for two families who want to relax together, but have separate housing. I will definitely recommend Maria's place to friends and will try to come again for a vacation.

Very friendly and helpful landlords. The apartment has an absolutely super location right on the water. The landlords really take care of every detail and everything was sparkling clean. The amenities were excellent and everything was as good as new. We felt completely comfortable. A tiny criticism is the noise from the apartment above. We will be happy to come back.

The place was well equipped and clean and it matched the descriptions on Airbnb. We had a lovely time at Patrik's apartment. The beach is approx. 8 minutes' walk away. From the balcony we had a nice view of the sea. There was good shopping nearby. We were well looked after by Patrick's local representative.

We had a very nice stay at Gordana's. The accommodation is super equipped especially in the kitchen, large and clean. The hosts were easy to reach and open and eager to help with any problems. The view is wonderful and the supermarket is just around the corner. Unfortunately, the wifi was broken. Gordana tried to solve the problem and the technicians also came. Unfortunately, no one could change the fact that it still didn't work. That was a bit of a shame, but in the end, no one was to blame. The street where the accommodation is located is very narrow and the driveway needs some practice :-) but that works quite quickly. The center is quite close, but on foot (in my case pregnant +2 small children) the way back is exhausting to manage, as the apartment is quite high up on the mountain. For guests who are not good on foot, it is recommended to use the parking facilities in the center by car.

Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

The place is very nicely decorated, clean, sophisticated, and spacious. The view is beautiful, Cvetomir is extremely nice and 3 minutes walk from the beach. I will definitely be back! :)

Perfect apartement. Fully equipped, we had everything we needed. It is clean, spacious and really nice. Less than 10 minutes everywhere - sea, shop, city or promenade with restaurants.

Vacation with toddler (2 years): quiet location, few cars, quiet walks in the countryside, small playground nearby (church). Accommodation well equipped for children (stuffed animals, toys, water guns, life jacket, bed rail, crib, stair gate on the upper floor). Kitchen and bathroom well equipped, everything you need, refrigerator filled with good things. Pool unfortunately unheated, but very well maintained. Fireplace and wood for heating on cold rainy days are available. Sea can be reached within minutes by car (e.g. Cizici): beautiful bay, shallow water, many small beaches, playground, restaurants and bars. The rest of the island can be explored in about 10-40 minutes by car. Good starting location. Very satisfied, despite bad and cold weather (early May) ideal equipment - we were still able to enjoy the week. Very good for families - even with toddler. Would book again immediately!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Reccomend this stay and in Senj to! We stayed with a 6 8 and 14 year old and they all had a great time. We took nanny with us and the set up of the smaller apartment on ground floor was perfect for that! Thank you again for your wonderful home to stay in.

Great and responsive host. The space was spotless and very well maintained. Wonderful place to stay for overnight.

We had a great time, the place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of amenities. The road to the driveway is super steep, so needs a bit of skill if you are traveling by car. The owners live upstairs, so it's not 100% private, however they are very friendly. We received a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, it's not a party area. We loved it all!

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!
