We welcome you to our former 3.5 hectare cider house. Rustic and simple place, walk on the property. Barbecue area, swing... Pets allowed under supervision. You can see our chickens, dwarf goats, turkeys, guinea fowl, cows, ducks... You will have a large covered caravan. It consists of a bedroom area with 140 x 190 double bed, a small kitchen with 3 gas burners, a convertible living room without curtains for 1 adult or 2 children.

Le Manoir du "Bois Joly" dates from the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou, it's surrounded by fields, meadows, and woods. In the 19th century, he made himself known by his Percheron horse farm. Since 1985, we have been restoring it in respect of the traditional architecture of the Perche. To share this exciting history, the Vintage Roulotte welcomes you! Check-out possible on Sunday at the end of the day on request!

On site you can enjoy the calm and rest, ideal for a real break but also to practice various nature activities that can be carried out on site and nearby.

Located near the Roulotte d'Orsély (visible on AirBnB) in a remote part of the land surrounded by greenery, it provides all the shade needed to enjoy its small terrace. Electricity and water point to cool off (a bowl, a jerrican). Mini-fridge. Bathroom (shower and toilet) outside. Breakfast at extra cost. Bath towels not provided.

It has remained in its "original juice" on the outside, but we have given it a little facelift on the inside for more comfort and a cocooning atmosphere: we call it the "dudumobil" ☺️ it welcomes all lovers of nature and camping 🌳🌷☘️ Come and enjoy a night, or more if you like, to rest facing the Seine or read a book, fish… it's up to you! A small boat launch is nearby if you want to come with a boat.

Equipped with every comfort, it is located on a wooded plot of 2 hectares near my farm. Come and discover our animals and outdoor spaces. Shared Jacuzzi out of sight in the winter garden.
