[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. The romantic cabin

Milly's romantic cabin The place is energy self-sufficient with solar and wind panels. The plot is separated into two parts by the access road. On the field side you will find the chalet and a shelter for your car. On the lake side is a pontoon equipped with a Nordic bath (1 m x 1 m) with hot water in all seasons. Cozy cabin in a green setting, has a small kitchen area with fridge, toilet and separate sink . Hot tub and wood-burning stove.

The house is close to the tram (10 min) that connects to the center of Orléans. You can stroll around the lake and of course you can walk or bike in the nearby forest. The Limère golf course (18 holes - PAR 72 - 6191 m) is located 2 km from the house and includes the balneotherapy center Les Balnéades.
