The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Attention restriction: The D1 mobile network is almost unavailable with us. In addition to a filter coffee maker, there is also a Senseo coffee pod machine in the kitchen. An 11KW wallbox for charging your electric car is available on the premises (the electricity is billed to us)

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away).
