The place was just great! Everything you needed was there and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. The children were allowed to feed the rabbits in the garden, you had your private area in the garden and the mountain panorama was awesome. A really great, family-friendly place to stay. There were even high chairs, changing table, baby bed and games for children and adults. The area invites you to many activities - it is not far to Imst, the Ötztal or the Pitztal. So a great starting point. Daniela and her husband were always available to answer any questions. Clear recommendation for a family vacation in the mountains!

Beautiful cottage in great location! The house was very clean, communication with the hosts uncomplicated and friendly. The quiet location near Innsbruck was ideal for excursions and relaxation. Absolutely recommended!

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was just too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. We had fantastic hiking weather – and the accommodation was the ideal starting point: In just 15 minutes you are in Imst to explore a scenic and alpine high-altitude trail with the gondola. In 45 minutes you can reach the highest waterfall in Tyrol (Stuibenfall in the Ötztal), and if you are looking to cool off, you can drive to the Plansee in a good 50 minutes and swim or walk through the gorge (Stuibenfälle meeting point for canyoning). The kitchen is a real highlight for self-catering – rarely so well equipped on Airbnb! Especially great: the guest card that Peter proactively organized for us (thank you!), with which you can ride the gondola in Imst for free every day. For families, there is a small sandbox, a large terrace with a fireplace and spectacular views. Note: The terrace is shared with the neighbors. We were very lucky with them – nevertheless, a privacy screen would be pleasant if you are sunbathing while cooking next door 😉

Our stay was just beautiful! The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful. As a special gesture, they even surprised us with a birthday cake, which made us very happy. Everything was perfect and spotlessly clean. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. We highly recommend this place!

A spectacular place, Till is very friendly, always has a good disposition and tries to be aware of the needs of his guests, super open to communication and has very good recommendations for activities to do, but what made it special was the treatment he gave my 3 dogs, he took excellent care of them and as it was raining when we arrived, he had towels ready to dry them.

We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

We enjoyed our short stay in the apartment very much. Everything was as it should be. We can recommend the apartment in good conscience.

We had a wonderful few days in Seefeld. The apartment was perfect for us in terms of space and equipment. It's wonderful that you can also sit outside. The extras were very much appreciated: chocolates, drinks and delicious dog waffles for our 2 four-legged friends! Good supply of coffee cups was also fantastic, could relax immediately after a long drive. Florian himself is a very pleasant person. Communication went great.

We visited Sandra with 6 adults and two toddlers and especially the garden was great, as the children could play outside. A grill was also available, which we used. The furnishings are very stylish and the bedrooms are a good size. There is also room for a baby bed. The bathrooms are a bit small, but each room has its own. We liked to use the kitchen and at the large dining table everyone had space including two high chairs. Everything important was within walking distance, such as the bakery or the mountain railway. A completely successful stay.

Anna Maria welcomed us into her beautiful suite. Extremely clean, high end appliances, and lots of room. Anna Maria was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. We had a fantastic stay in Vera's stylish loft apartment. With children, it was also great to be located right next to the Hungerburg cable car and the Alpine Zoo. The apartment is really very modern, very clean and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Quietly located, but with a few bus stops to downtown. If you come by public transport, we recommend the bus line W, as the other 500 bus lines still mean a 15-minute walk uphill. Vera was a very helpful host with great tips and quick answers to our questions. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

The apartment was very spacious with all of the amenities provided for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and straightforward. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily use are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.

Anna’s place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay there. It was peaceful and lovely. We will for sure book the place again.
