Beautiful cottage in great location! The house was very clean, communication with the hosts uncomplicated and friendly. The quiet location near Innsbruck was ideal for excursions and relaxation. Absolutely recommended!

Peony was the perfect, peaceful base for our Götzens Tai Chi School winter training for me, and for Grant to teach himself snowboarding on local slopes! All the information Georg left was up to date and helpful, and he he was also helpful and responsive with specific queries and tips in person. The apartment is beautifully light, warm and comfortable (bed was perfect) with many delightful style features. Would definitely book with Georg again. Thank you for a perfect stay, Georg!

Carina, Klaus and her whole family were so welcoming during our time here and we had such a wonderful stay. The facilities were spacious, clean and there was plenty of room for two adults and two children - not to mention the stunning views. A perfect location to enjoy surrounding bike parks and a very easy walk to the regular tram into Innsbruck. Being able to see the organic farm in action was such a great experience for the kids and the delicious bakery next door was an added bonus. Thank you for such a great stay, we hope to be back!

Our weekend in the apartment Ella in Innsbruck was great! The place was very clean, modern, spacious and well equipped – from kitchen utensils to towels, everything was there. We liked the quiet location just outside the city center, thanks to nearby bus stops, the center was quickly accessible. Local transport in Innsbruck is excellent – even in the evenings and at night. All the information was clearly available in a folder. Check-in and check-out were contactless and uncomplicated, the host always available. Particularly positive: the private parking and the “Digital Welcome Card”, with which we could travel by bus and train for free. A great value for the money – we definitely recommend the apartment!

The easy booking of the accommodation, the problem-free and easy communication with the landlord Ernst and ultimately the very nice apartment contributed to a wonderful week of vacation. Overall conclusion: Highly recommended!!!!

The apartment was ideal for our stay. The location was great - a short 10 minute walk from the old town and 25 minutes from the train station. The facilities were very good with a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. The Innsbruck welcome card which was included gave us free public transport and good discounts too.

The quiet area, the plants and the birdsong invited you to rest. The apartment is very bright and well equipped, it even had the basic things, such as salt, sugar, tea, coffee, etc., which we really appreciated. From there, you have access to the most iconic places in the area, just 10 minutes away by public transport, which is highly recommended.

Clean and cozy apartment in a great location. We especially enjoyed the terrace with mountain views! The bed was very comfortable and we were allowed to enter the accommodation a little earlier, which was very pleasant after a long drive. Only the refrigerator was a bit noisy from time to time, but you get used to it. All in all highly recommended apartment with friendly hostess!

Bernhard was fantastic at communicating and provided extensive information on hikes, restaurants and activities. His home is centrally located making it an ideal location to explore Innsbruck.

Thomas and Astrid went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed. Their space was perfect for our group. The public transit is close and easy to navigate. Most importantly, the views from the property are breath taking. Highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic stay in Vera's stylish loft apartment. With children, it was also great to be located right next to the Hungerburg cable car and the Alpine Zoo. The apartment is really very modern, very clean and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Quietly located, but with a few bus stops to downtown. If you come by public transport, we recommend the bus line W, as the other 500 bus lines still mean a 15-minute walk uphill. Vera was a very helpful host with great tips and quick answers to our questions. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and beautiful. Communication was great, always got a quick response. The view is beautiful. The location is ideal for hiking. And even on rainy days, you feel super comfortable. We would come back.

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.
