Our cozy cottage now sits on hundreds of acres of ancient trees and emerging forest on a dry lake bottom with a picturesque river running through it. Tranquility Cove, Fun All Year!

Our slice of Heaven to share with you! Located on 864 acre Secord Lake. Northern Michigan’s finest. The current lake levels are low but still have a sandy area and great fishing. We provide some fun water items to still take advantage of the water. Some owners still use their boats at low speeds but it’ not recommended. Swimming and non motorized activities are enjoyable. We provide a paddle boat, kayaks and a few life jackets. Don’t forget Ice fishing. Trails near by for ATV lovers.

Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

Firepit area near beach. Quiet, peaceful area. No parties please.

CUTE! We were gone during the days, but perfect place to crash after a day of activities. We didn't cook but looked like you could. Cutest little coffee pot! Fit our needs perfectly! Cute little rustic cabin! Ohhh, bed was very comfy and good water pressure!

The stay was great very peaceful and love seeing the donkeys at night. Very friendly we had left a jacket there and was able to go back and get it after we had checked out . Loved the skull display that was under the TV stand in the living room and the house was very lovely. Will stay again.

Stunning Lakefront Cottage with Beach & Hot Tub

My husband and I needed a peaceful getaway for a long weekend. We both love being near the water and this place was perfect. We loved having kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. Loved the hot tub. The view was great from the bedroom upstairs (king bed) as well as the living room and kitchen/dining room. We would definitely rent this place again!
