This house now sits on hundreds of acres of ancient stumps & emerging forest on a dry lake bottom with a picturesque river running through it, ready for you to explore. You'll love your stay in this clean cottage with its covered patio, working fireplace & breathtaking sunset views.

Beautiful 2BR+Loft Cottage with amazing views!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

The Cozy Den

The Cozy Den is the perfect place to enjoy a more peaceful, relaxing time. With it's unique log cabin design you'll feel like you've just transported yourself and your family to the good old days. Enjoy the lake located across the gravel drive from the cabin. Kids can play at the waters edge(“beach”area is tiny but keeps kids busy for hours) spot to put in rafts, kayaks & the paddle board) Plenty of bass to catch from shore too. Enjoy nighttime Bon fires and board games at night to wind down.

Quaint one bedroom home nestled in the woods. Perfect for one or two. Fenced in yard. Wooded trail. 15 min drive to Village of West Branch or Village of Gladwin. 18 miles to The Dream and Nightmare golf courses. 6 miles to Sugar Springs golf course. Nearby state land for hunting. Gladwin RV trails 16 minutes away.

The Riverside on Lakeshore Drive

Beautiful contemporary style home featuring a spacious, open concept layout with 3 bedrooms (2 King & 1 queen bed) & two full bathrooms. The house sits on a double lot overlooking 120' of the Tittabawassee River. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

Summers in Michigan are BEAUTIFUL!! Take a car, side by side or walk to nearby trails and admire Northern Michigan's beauty. Do a little shopping, check out a winery, go to a park, head to the beach, visit a nearby casino or just enjoy a nice, quiet & relaxing stay in this cozy, clean & well furnished log cabin style home on Wixom Lake with 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Note: Wixom Lake is currently drained due to flooding & the dam collapsing in 2020. The river is approx. 100 yards out.

"Rustic” cabin on main part of Secord Lake. Swimming & Kayaking only. Must be 25 or up to be the primary renter .Two Kayaks are available for you to use. Beautiful view overlooking the water. Amazing sunsets. Peaceful mornings. Large windows to enjoy the view . Indoor bathroom with an outside shower. (No inside shower or tub) Two beds in the loft. Picnic table and patio set with 4 chairs. Firepit area near beach. Quiet, peaceful area. No parties please.

Close to The Dream Golf Course, Sugar Springs Golf Club. Only 2 1/2 hours away from metro Detroit.

It has been completely refinished with new rustic furniture throughout with a Queen in the master bedroom and a Queen over Queen bunk bed in the guest bedroom. It also has a futon in the living area for additional guests. Currently there is no water on Wixom lake
