It features a stackable washer and dryer and everything to prepare and cook a meal. There are two smart TV's. The one in the bedroom is connected to cable and the living area has the roku channels. Bring your boat too. We are close to lots lakes.

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!

Our stay at Gary’s place was wonderful!! It had a few issues with not being able to use the doors off of the bedrooms which was super inconvenient with adult children that like to stay up late lol. But we managed! It was very clean, very spacious and a beautiful setting!

Candy and I enjoyed an awesome Sebring vacation thanks in large part to our stay in Alice’s villa. The location is great … shopping, golf, and really good restaurants are near-by. The villa was neat and well laid out and that makes for an efficient and cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and lounging the around pool…. This was our second stay here and we are very much looking forward to our third !!!
