Great place! Very comfortable and clean, kitchen had more amenities than any place I have stayed. Cindy was great to communicate with, she responded very quickly to any question I had. We will be booking in the future as we return back home to settle my parent's estate.

Candy and I enjoyed an awesome Sebring vacation thanks in large part to our stay in Alice’s villa. The location is great … shopping, golf, and really good restaurants are near-by. The villa was neat and well laid out and that makes for an efficient and cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and lounging the around pool…. This was our second stay here and we are very much looking forward to our third !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s place! It could not have been more perfect for us. As soon as we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, light, and airy. The pool was a wonderful bonus, as was the view out over the lake. We loved the bank of windows at the back of the house that brought the outside in. In fact, we have already recommended Wendy’s place to our family for when they come to visit Avon Park.

Very nice little place on the water. I was in town for a race and found everything to be just as described. Nice selection of cookware and there were some toiletries in the bathroom, which was much appreciated. Definitely will be looking this place up again when I come to town next time.

We stayed over the weekend at Westgate River Ranch Rodeo and had an amazing experience. Judith was absolutely wonderful, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, beautifully organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. We went with our family and had an incredible time — it was the perfect little mini-vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This was our second time renting with Judith, and once again, she exceeded our expectations. She is truly an outstanding host.
