Everything really great! The hosts are also warm and friendly. The only thing that should be mentioned is that tall people (1.80+) often bump their heads. Unfortunately, this has happened to us several times. Otherwise everything is great. Would come back right away.

Great house with plenty of space and cozy seating areas. Well-maintained garden with pool, sauna in the basement. Good for families and groups of friends. We will come back as a group next year!

A very great place to stay. The house is furnished to a high standard and has a very nice location with great views. For families, the large residential unit offers great amenities with high-quality toys. It is very easy to reach by car and the parking facilities are sufficient for a total of three cars. Due to the clever layout of the house, it offers a lot of privacy despite two residential units. Would definitely recommend the place. We stayed there for two nights with six adults and two cars.

We really enjoyed the days in Val Poschiavo. The great accommodation was a perfect base for our excursions. The house is great! Sensational location with views over the entire valley, very good amenities, absolutely clean, great garden. The communication with Ursula was very pleasant. A few days before arrival, we received all the necessary information and Ursula also tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks a lot!

Sonja's apartment was exactly as described. Very comfortable with an Amalia kitchen and a terrace. Everything is very clean and the bed is also comfortable. Parking right there at the house. The area is spectacular! Surrounded by greenery and trails to go out and enjoy beautiful landscapes. The family is very helpful and kind. I would definitely come back!

Thomas’s place was amazing!! Everything was very new, clean, and the views were stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed to do some cooking, the fireplace was lovely, the decks (there are 2!) were amazing to relax on and even have dinner as there was a new grill, table, and full sets dining ware for eating outside to enjoy the beautiful view. Only hard part was finding the place as you need to go up the steep road listed on the address and take a left that is not marked (and feels like you’re driving off the side of the road the first time). I will go back and hopefully bring more guests as Thomas finishes another sleeping room!

The apartment is located just above Churwalden. It has a beautiful garden seating area with seating and a nice barbecue area. Furthermore, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. We will be happy to come back!

Great location, pleasant sauna, fantastic cottage! We were a group of 5, there was certainly enough space. And all this with a beautiful garden. Friendly welcome!

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and also received delicious asparagus from our own garden to make a delicious dinner. Inside is clean and equipped with every comfort. A welcome drink and a nice surprise on the pillow. What a treat. We have enjoyed this place and have relaxed wonderfully. There is plenty to do nearby and the walks nearby are enchanting. Very nice and cosy house with a beautiful and spacious garden. The kitchen equipment is a bit meager but sufficient for simple dishes. Otherwise, everything was available and clean. Danilo responded very quickly to questions and problems and we found a solution.

Very peaceful and quiet location – perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The house was spotless and exactly like the photos. Beautiful natural surroundings with amazing views. The hosts were extremely nice, responsive, and helpful. Everything was well prepared and thoughtfully arranged. Important to note: there is no mobile phone reception at the property. Not a big issue, but be aware – for signal, you’ll need to walk about 1 km. Shops and supermarkets are located in the next village, Grosio, about 20 minutes away by car, so it’s good to plan ahead if you need groceries or other supplies. Great for people looking to unwind, enjoy nature, and have a clean, comfortable place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

A wonderful gem. Stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail with everything you need. Super comfortable bed, cozy sofa lounge, simply GREAT. We were very warmly and easily welcomed by Daniela and were able to spend great days in the Chlara. We highly recommend the Maiensäss.

We really enjoyed our stay here and we would love to come back again next time we decide to come to Bormio. Amazing and beautiful location. Great views across the town and almost halfway up the mountain to Bormio 2000. Our hosts were excellent, warm, welcoming and helpful with any queries we had. On arrival our hostess was waiting for us with a lamp along the road in the storm to show us the cottage. The fireplace was already lit. A fanastic welcome ! We enjoyed our stay very much. Great riding on our road bikes to climb the Mortirolo and also a beatufil walk from Eita on advise from our hostess.
